After reading previous revews was very worried about this hotel so went back to thomas cooked and paid extra to have a suprior room in block a.
On arrival to the hotel was very excited, we booked into recesption were staff were very friendly and helpful. As asked we were given a room in block a, room 410 which had a fabolous view off the beach and sea. Room was abit on the small side but was very clean and tidy.
The hotel was spotless always someone cleaning, pools were great to, two big pools, a kids pool, a splash pool and a jacuzzi only for adults. so something for everyone.
The entretamint was great a mini disco for th kiddies, followed by bingo then a show.
Are resturant in block a had a fabolous view off the beach and sea, breakfast was a cooked breakfast, creal, fruit, biscuits, cakes and a cup off tea or coffee or a glass off fresh orange/pineapple juice or water.
Evening meal there was a coice off dishes, salads, steak freshley cooked, hundreds off deserts. Was on holiday with my little girl who is three nd there was always something for her, ( chicken nuggets, fish fingers, mash, veg, chips, pasta dishes and plenty off jelly and ice cream and fruit).
Went out for are tea one evening to a chinese resturant which was fantastic only 40 euros for a banquet, kids meal and loads off drinks.
Walked up most evenings to the goody goody bar which is great for adulys has it has entetamient anf for the kids there is trampolines (2euros for 10 minutes) and bouncy castle (3euro 50 for 2 hours) loads off games for the kids to.
Got the bus into manon one day only 2euro 5 per adult really good shops and a little market. There is a play area for the kids and a burger king to.
Booked a trip through thomas cooked the mahon ahoy, which is fantastic a boat trip on a catamaran. It takes about 4 hours but is great cost 90euros for the three off us but was well worth it. You can get drinks and sandwichs on board.
The hotel rep was fantastic really helpful when are little girl werent well he went the chemist for us 2!
I reccomend you buy a umbrella for 8euro well worth it as on the beach it costs 15euro a day for 2 sunbeds and a unmbrella we just put towels down.
Went on a little pedllow 14 euro for an hour great fun jumpinig off there is a slide on it 2.
It is really hilly and loads off steps every where we went on the resort so would'nt reccomend this hotel for people with walking difficulties.
Overall a fantastic holiday will be goin back in the near future x x x
