We last visited Aqua Fantasy on the 12/07/10! This was our second visit to the hotel and this year was even better than last. I was exceptionally happy with the bar staff and waiters. They were very photogenic and happy. The staff are the pearl bar were very efficient and will take your glass moments after finishing and if you are special enough they even bring you more over. There are many attractive waiters that my step-sister and I nick-named Lip, Fittie and Barman. I strongly believe that the waiters should have bigger name tags so we can communicate on a first name basis. The cooks were very good at cooking and always gave us a wink. The entertainment staff were very entertaining and happy. 100/10! We are definitely returning next year. xxxx

Just arrived home from two weeks of tasteless food and endless queueing. This resort claims to be 5 star, i would give this no more than 3 star. I guess it has been made up because of the water park next door.
For 5 stars i would have expected milk in tea and coffee, no, coffee mate had to do. Dont expect fruit juice at breakfast, you will get fruit squash. Quality of food was terrible. In the room our double bed had a single sheet which was actually a single duvet cover minus the duvet. We spoke to other guests and theirs was the same.
The air conditioning was also inadequate.
Take your own sweets for the kids, very expensive in the hotel as are the pool tables. Entertainment is hit and miss. On the whole very disappointed and glad to get home.

We just have returned from our summer holiday .
1- The hotel is rated 5 star A , but in reality, it is not ! The furniture , way of services and restaurants are so far away from a 5star A hotel
2- At the time of our stay there were more than 3000 guests which ~ 90% of them were spending whole time in hotel , so thats why the restaurant was so crowded , people were running from here and there and the restaurants were more and less like fast foods .
3- The quality of the food was good , a good variety from diet food , vegetarian up to fast foods .
4- Great beach , and greater beach bars
5- on first day we found some worms in our room in first floor , regarding to our claim they changed our room , we didn't found such a problem again
6- children were running always in front of our room up to the morning ! yelling and screaming so sleeping was difficult up to 2 AM !
7- The waiters were very polite , helpful and kind
8- Good kid club for my child , and good programs for different children different ages
9- All the drinks were deeply watered down , but as they were free, you were able to drink as much as you want
in general the hotel is a family hotel , you can spend your whole time there , great shows at night in hotel Animation , nice bars in sea side , but I dont propose stay more than a week , then things become boring ...

just came back 8th august 2010, we took our daughters aged 7 and 15.dont listen to any of the complainers as its worth 10/10.
hotel=spotless (they are cleaning 24/7, women cleaning all the windows,maids in rooms even a guy washing the walls in the pool with a brush)
food= something for everyone even if your kids only eat chips or if you like to sample something different then something for you (on a weekly rota so will get repeated).
activities= endless for all.
dont worry about sunbeds or overcrowding as the complex is massive so always room and dont forget the aquapark as that is literally 10 yards from one of the hotels pools.
you can ask that you mini bar is locked (no hidden surprises) and you have no need to use your splash card as all food/drink in hotel is all inc and if your in the aquapark its only 10yards back into the freecomplex.
the 10 days we were there they extended the all inc for 24hrs a day so it didnt stop at 11pm.
had to visit the doctor one day and they were great and even organised accompanied trip to hospital next day and collection door to door.
town centre costs 25lira each way in taxi-10mins away (too far to walk)
bars/shops etc quite full on though trying to get you in , dont like being told NO!
no complaints all great but 10 days prob enough.

Just came back from a 2 week holiday at Aqua Fantasy. I would have given this hotel a 10/10 but it was not all inclusive. You had to pay for your drinks after 11pm soft drinks and alcohol.
The hotel was very clean and the food was very good.
The rooms were nice but as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) the main bed was lovely and the single bed was ok but the sofa bed well you could not sleep on that it was very very uncomfortable.
The pools were lovely but it was slippery around the pool when the floors were wet but most pools are. The entertainment was ok i think it could have been better. I found the staff lovely and you could have a great laugh with some of them.
The Aqua park was very good but you have to pay for everything while your in there. The good thing is that you are only about 3 mins away from the bar in the hotel so you can come out and have a quick drink and maybe some food and then go back in. There are slides for all ages. The waves were great fun and the lazy river was good.
My kids ages 7 and 9 loved the pony ride on the beach. The horse and carriage ride was a waste of money.
The ice cream was free for 2 hours a day only.
Overall i think this hotel was good and i would consider going back.

After reading the reviews on some of the sites about this fantastic resort we were quite worried after booking a weeks here in Kusadasi. Instead of the Carribean we decided to go somewhere closer to home this summer.
How wrong they were! So please do not listen to the reviews! After arriving at early hours of the morning after a good flight and short transfer the hotel reception check in staff were extremely helpful and very quick to give us our keys.
Our room was brilliant, Huge double bed, immaculate condition with a lovely jacuzzi looking out onto the pool and sea.
The hotel is so clean and modern, our maid was lovely and always met our expectations.
I cannot fault it, Not one bit- The food was great, lots of variety and with a vegetrian in our party we had no troubles.Food is served basically all day, including cookies, midnight soup and 'snacks'. The staff were brilliant- so friendly and helpful. The activities and entertainment were so fun for children and adults. The circus was just great!!
The pools were so clean, and extremely well sized. There are 5 pools in total, we spent most of our time at the adults pool and the flamingo pool. The beach is right next to you, the sea was lovely and clear-The beach is small but we didn't use it atall apart from the beach parties in the evenings. Thankyou to all the staff for the amazing fire work display on our last night!
The market in the town was quite suprising also, very cheap (but nice) things, The mini bus takes you directly there from the resort. Great views on the way, Take your camera!
The all inclusive was definately beneficial-drinks were not watered down and as read in another review, Yes they are in plastic cups during the day as a safety precaution for children!
Just overall a fantastic holiday and would recommend anyone to go! Children, Families, Friends, Couples..Just a perfect holiday!! BOOK IT AND YOU WILL BE PLEASANTLY SUPRISED!

i would definitely go again it is really good fun there is always help there if you need it. many acitivities within the hotel they have thought of everything. Another thing i must compliment is the food it is amazing and you have a wide choice. i would definitely go again !

Weve just come back from 10 nights at Aqua Fantasy, it was absolutely fantastic. We went with my son 13, my daughter 17 and her boyfreind 18. There is something for everyone at this hotel and probably one of the best we have stayed in. It is spotless and although it was a busy time of year, we had such a relaxing and fun holiday. The rooms are immaculate and really nicely decorated. We didnt take much out of the mini bar because the items are expenisve, but we did take a couple of packets of crisps and stored our own things in their, we were never charged for anything we didnt take. The way the hotel is situated next to the water park (which I must say is fantastic, all the slides are well built and the park is really well looked after). It is great just been able to come and go as you please, although the park isnt covered in the all inclusive, their is no need to buy any food or drink in there, as it is minutes away from the hotel.
Back at the hotel their was plenty of sunbeds everyday and although the restaraunts were busy, there was always plenty of fresh food, a lot cooked at open work stations. We loved the Oasis Snack Bar at lunch time, the kebabs were a particular favourite. We did eat out for a chnage in Kusadasi which is a very busy resort, with plenty of shops and places to eat.
I was a little bit worried before we went, due to a few people saying negative comments, I didnt see any of what they had wrote at all, there were gardners planting or tidying round all the time, waiters clearing glasses and food away so there was no old food laid around. In the restaraunt i never saw any pushing and shoving and it was very busy while we were their. So dont let any of their comments put you off.
The bar staff at the pool bar were lovely. We loved this holiday and I certainly would recommend it, we would definetly comne back here.

Be aware that even though you are all inclusive this does not include anything in the actual water park itself except the entry fee. We were not made aware of this until our arrival. We were also told free ice cream for the kids all day.... nope, that'll be free ice cream for 1 hour of the day. Drinks after 11 will cost you too, so there always an almighty queue at the bars from 10.40 onwards with people getting double, treble etc etc etc rounds, we were included with those people!!!!
The food in the hotel complex was adequate but nothing to write home about, plenty of choice though.
Hygiene in our room wasn't brilliant, our shower wouldnt drain properly and it was a bit grotty around the edges.
Evening entertainment was ropy, the live shows in the auditorium were so bad they were good. They haven't quite got the right balance for kids and adults in the evenings.
Fantastic place, kids LOVE it. We loved it.
A bit rough around the edges but if you aren't too fussy and uptight you will have a brilliant time... couldn't do a fortnight though!
Bring plenty money too, you will need it!
Top tip for women with long fine hair... get a Bo Derek! I got so fed up with my hair clinging to me day and night that I eventually paid an on-site hairdresser £45 to get it braided. It didn't suit it but it was worth every penny for the relief, mind your scalp for sunburn though!!!!

just got back from aqua fantasy brilliant resort everything you could poosibly need lovely pools the staff and service is excellent the whole resort is so clean and well kept the food and detail that goes in to everything is brilliant. The waterpark is brilliant we loved it got bit busy in the middle of the day and weekend but we just went in at 1030 as it opened never queued at all or we went at 6 in the evening agsin never a queue. The beach has all you need beds canoes pedaloes are all free. water sports going on and the man thast runs it isint just out for your money, he actully advised us to come back on a better day as the sea was bit choppy as you got further out. Entertainment is excellent the team do thier utmost to keep u entertained the beach party is fantastic.
My one gripe is the ponies and i complained.. I am a horse owner, one of the ponies the grey one is in pain she is very lame and still made to pull round a pink and white carraige full of people if ur not horsy u wouldnt know which makes it so sad. she cant stand square on all 4 feet she shifts her weight and hooves constantly to and try get comfortable, she lays in the sand school in blistering heat during the day with no water by the side of any of them. please if you go to this resort check her out lame just means limping like we would if you see this please please report it same as if you see no water out for them, maybe one day we can make a better life for her. all in all brilliant go to the turkish bath in kusadasi well worth the money and gives you brilliant tan.market is brill loads loads bargins bartering is brilliant haha . Go to the dolphin park the show is alright BUT honest if you can afford to swim with them which was 67.50 each do it fantastic experience brilliant photos my kids done it it was the best 130 pounds I have spent, they were in the water for at least 45min played with the dolphins then actuuly layed on the dolhins belly and held on to finn and swam round my kids loved every minute of it. We will definatly go back go and have some fun happy hols
