First i would like to say that the bad reviews are blloks, great hotel, helpful staff but some struggled with english, flew with first choice, swift service.
Once we got off the plane(Bodrum airport) had helpful rep (Samantha), two hour transfer time which had good views on the way, once arrived hotel looked lovely, went to reception helpful and got a pack with room cards and splash card (300 lira already on but no complimentery, make sure you got enough cash to pay bill), from pack you get stickers with room numbers on so bell boys take bags up, takes bout half hour. Lovely pools, freezing pools no matter how hot the weather is, got up at 8 NO SEATS AT ALL, beach lovely go right up to end of pier and i could still stand. Nice sofas and chairs by beach bar, wood hot under foot. Water sport on beach which are free are: pedallos, kayaking. Extras are jet skiing and many others sorry cant remember them.
Restarent was nice lovely selection including diet buffet, you can see the food being made, the juice is made from powder and horrible, nice tea coffee hot choco etc, all free on all inclusive.
The all inclusive started at 10 or 10:30 until 11, drinks all free, but cant take any drinks in water park but its right by hotel so u can pop back and drink and eat, waterpark very nice loads of slides etc.
Room was ok, had double bed, comfortable, single also comfortable and sofa bed not very comfortable, did request twin though, it has sliding doors but ours were broken technic service people pickin cups and rubbish up.
No lifeguards on beach but it was so shallow they werent needed.

Just returned from the Aqua Fantasy Hotel. Weather was great for full two weeks. Food was very good and has plenty for the kids.
The hotel is great for kids with all the pools easy for them to get in and out, only down side to the pools was, in our second week as it got busier the sun beds had towels on them from about 7.30 dispite notices saying any placed before 8.30 would be removed.
The kids club was great and the kids loved every miniute of it, on the down side Ice creams from the fridges dotted around the hotel were not included and were very expensive.
The evening entertainment was ok and a good watch, On the down side any drinks after 11 pm were extra and were a rip off £7.50 for a rum and coke.
The family room we had was a great size and the cleaners kept them in a good condition.
Also make sure when you are coming back you have drinks and food with you as Bodrum Airport is very very expensive £5.00 for a can of coke and £6.00 for a tube of pringles.

just come back from two weeks at aquafantasy weather was brilliant in second week food amazin, very clean great for kids staff friendly lots of shows to watch and quite good, beach ok, must visit kusadasi town bus is only about 70p!,
dolphin show wasnt all that but worth a look, defo go back but u need a group of you to go if you have young children and want to go on all the water slides, will be returning at some point!
The only bad thing is the transfer is two hours from bodrum airport!!

Advice: sunny, good for haggling for clothes etc, but watch out for black market men following you!

We had a fantastic holiday with or kids.The park is very well equiped for a careless vacation.Especially the waterpark was a dream come true for the children.Friendly personel.And the buffet was very good.We'll be back next year.Tip:Visit the town!İt is worth going there.We went to the Antique restaurant and had the best evening there of our trip.Lovely setting and great food.İt's in the centre of town in a garden and looks so romantic.We didn't expext anything like this in Turkey.Wonderfull!
Advice: Kusadasi is a lively place.We loved it.Great for shopping and a night out.

got home this morning what a fantastic place, very clean staff were great with kids always loads of entertainment am booking to back next year mini bar no more expensive than here, none of my party was ill food was great miss it loads
Advice: haggle in town and hide your aqua wristband they think u rich

Aqua Fantasy was the best holiday ever! The staff were friendly, the food was incredible, it was a nice, clean environment, the swimming pools and aqua park were AMAZING! (Although the beach could have been better) If I could I would definately go there again. To make the most of it we went to bed really late and got up early to make the most of our day - which we did - and were to busy to be tired. We also all lost weight because we only ate at meal times, no time to snack. Aqua Fantasy is the best holiday ever!!!

fantastic holiday great for the kids and for the adults 2.weather was fantastic swim park is great alot o fun,hotel is lovely and staff really friendly great choice of foods sumthing 2 suit every1 this holiday is as quiet or as lively as u make it not got any negative things 2 say about it,it was fantastic......booked up as soon as we got home for this year looking 4ward 2 going back i would recommend this holiday 2 every1.....

Me and my family went to Aqua Fantasy, Funny Enough Kids Upet As They Wanted To Go Butlins!! Typical. But As soon as we got there the kids loved it!Food Was Brillant Couldn't Knock It. Staff Were Very Helpfull And Cleaned Tables as soonas they were finished with.the rooms were very tidy and the maidcame everyday!Aqua park was amazing everyone was happy including the grandparents!! i Personally would go back again the only bad things about it was kids running up and down knocking on your room doors but you get that most places, and the fact we had to leve our rooms at 12noon when our flight wasn't untill 2:30am.
i think it was very hygienic. Bar Staff worked incredibly hard in the evenings! Entertainment wasn't the best be better than nothing at all!! Me and my family were very impressed with the holiday and already have told all our friends they have 2 go. and i also think that the ones which didnt have a good time in october! well maybe if you went in the middle of the season everyone would be on ball yeah it costs more but it would be a better holiday for you!!! so anyone thinking about going i would say yes with no hesitations! The Market Was Great My Eldest daughter who is 17 loved it so any teenage girls out there i would go for the market, only bad piont is it gets a little hot but hey thats why you've gone on holiday to get the sun! so go on and book it i have for next year !! =]

My family had a fantastic time at Aqua Fantasy and we would be delighted to return. The food served was wonderful. If anyone says they don't like it I can not imagine what they are not happy about. The service is excellent, as are all the staff. We felt we could let our two children (11 & 14) wander with friends without us needing to worry. The accommodation was spotless. We could have new bedding on request. One of us was ill for a day with a tummy bug, but it didn't spoil the rest of our holiday.The swimming pools were wonderful. The aqua park was tremendous. I can not praise this site enough. Excellent value for money.
Advice: Go to the local market with an open mind- teenage daughters need not take the banter seriously.

Previously left a fairly ok review for Aqua, only to arrive home still with sickness bug .Watch out for CRYPTOSPORIDIUM we all had it for more than 3 weeks,my eldest daughter had it for 7 weeks and lost over a stone and was on strong pain killers for abdo pains.
Also had letter from local authority after hospital results, from the disease control unit unable to attend work, school or college" until clear result shown and not able to prepare food either!!!! felt soooo unclean.
Hospital asked which country we had visited as this was not a british bug! and is one they strive to keep out of the UK..................

To start with had a NIGHTMARE due to flight being cancelled from luton. on arrival hotel looked very clean, tidy. rooms ok but like many hotels mini bar very over-priced. entertainment very poor, nothing to do in evenings apart from being crammed into the irish bar or spending all your money in the games room. Lots of drunk teenagers running about hotel all night, first choice reps were as much use as a chocolate firegaurd, only interested in selling trips some of which you could have done yourself a lot cheaper. Major rip-off if you were not turkish as we found out you could pay in lira for water park or dolphin swim, us foriegners were told to pay in euros which worked out a lot more. Kids found water park very good as they got to go all the time, dread to think what it would be like in high season as lack of rubber dinghys. Water park would have worked out over £100 for a family of six per day if we didn't go all inclusive. Food in hotel to start with was very good, But beware of hot food being put onto cold food and flies everywhere! Food timetables were not stuck to as food police were packing stuff away at least 45 mins before end of service. had a wrestling match with waiter to plug toaster in. Outside snack bars VERY un hygenic flies and leftover food everywhere. 5 out of 6 of us were struck down for 3 days with sickness and diahorrea. Overall staff helpfull when they felt like it made it feel like we shouldn't be there, as were more interested in winding down for end of season.

Who ever gave this resort a 4/5* rating needs to be made to spend at least a week staying there - they would soon change their opinion!!!. We booked our first all inclusive holiday after recommendations and reading lots of positive reviews and headed off to Kusadasi with open minds and excitement with our children ages ranging from 20months to 17yrs. On arrival it looked very nice, clean and just what we hoped for. Our rooms were nice although carpets really grubby. Bathrooms nice although very high bath to get in and out of and not easy for young children or anyone with back probs etc. Maid service could be a lot better - caught maids changing the signs on room doors from "please clean" to "do not disturb" I suppose to save themselves extra work. Very noisey hotel at night - lots of young people hanging around the bars really drunk and kids left runing up and down corridors until early hours. All our family and other friends we met up with all had sickness and upset stomach. My son aged 10 ended up in hospital with gastroenteritis and my youngest daughter had cryptosporidium due to food/water at hotel. First choice reps absolutely hopeless - only there to sell day trips to anyone wanting to waste their money. No help or support offered to our family and when notified them of so much illness in our group of friends just shrugged and said fill in a form when you get home - pathetic. Late room checkout a total rip off by both hotel and first choice. We have to leave our rooms by 12 noon and our flight didn't leave until 2.30am next morning. So in effect we lost a days stay in our room. We had to pay the extra 90 lira to keep our room on as our children were so ill and we couldn't be far away from a toilet!! Lots and lots of people left hanging about in foyer and bar area - not nearly enough seating for guests never mind people waiting for flights - many people laying on floor and snoozing on sofas for hours and hours on end. Evening meals times - well if you were lucky enough to find a table cleared or not, you then had to fight your way through the herds to get to the food. Waiters very arrogant and disinterested, food very repetitive and not warm - freshly cooked food just being poured on top of unfinished trays of food. Chefs touching cooked meats with raw meat on his hands handling both at same time, flies everywhere and crawling over uncovered food which is nearly all of it. Same food put out day after day after day after day. Obvious use of leftover food to make meals for following day.
On a positive note (I am trying) resort on the whole clean and inviting and pool areas good (although every pool is absolutely freezing cold not matter how hot the weather is)beach is good and much better for young children. Not a lifeguard to be seen anywhere. Pearl bar food better than restaurant for children. Water park good for kids again water freezing cold.

Starting very late and thankfully didn't last long - didn't seem to appeal to any age group. First few days of holiday ok and then downhill from then on in. Despite my moaning we are not a fussy family and will give anything a try but very disappointed in the resort and facilities.

Just returned from 2 weeks at aqua fantasy. Party of 8 four adults and one 17 yr old two 13 yr olds and one 8 yr old.
First time ever to turkey . Had read reviews on this web site before arriving some good some bad. so went with an open mind but some good advise and an insight.
first impression hotel looks immaculate , all communal areas are kept spotlessly clean, reception. toilets poolsides etc staff work tirelessly to keep things clean and empty glasses collected immediately from tables, grounds were also well kept.
Rooms
These were spacious enough however the maid service took 4 days to kick in . In that time we had no clean towels or sheets or replacement toilletries or loo rolls. Need to put please clean my room sign on door knob. Mini bar very expensive so avoid unless very rich ....Sides of bath very high to climb out of and i am 5ft 6 beware lots of people falling and using wheelchairs one day we counted 17 of them ????????????? maybe doing cheap hip surgeries in kusadasi hospital and recovering at aqua fantasy.

Not the happiest bunny to walk the earth.Took daughter to get paste for her mouth as she had a large mouth ulcer due to her cinnamon allergy and we had left her meds at home. Dr wanted room number and signature before he would speak to us,I then told him what it was and what we needed he demanded £60 for the consultation (me telling him what she had and needed) said cash would do as our excess was probably more on insurance. All 8 members of our group went down with sickness and diarrohea spoke to first choice reps said could not act on it until we had been officially diagnosed by dr. This was to be an individual not group consultation again wanting £60 per visit, or first choice could not act.My husbands words were, even Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask.
Beach
These were clean and safe as water shallow for quite a way out . Lots of fish to be seen and a resident octopus under pier. Although watch out for sand castle police. The children were playing on the sand and had dug a hole to make a moat the security guard came along moved all the sun beds whilst muttering then proceeded to kick in the sand castle leaving us all open mouthed didnt know whether to laugh or cry ...
Entertainment
First week this was fairly good most nights especially with audience participation . Second week it disappeared almost from sight we were totally unaware that the whole hotel was to shut on 30th october although our holiday was sold to us as leaving on the 31st ?? Speakers were removed shows cancelled and atmosphere down to almost zero levels had we been informed of closure on second week prior to booking we would have chosen to go a week or two earlier. Kids club ok staff very friendly but only up to 12 years our two 13 yr olds had nothing to do for two weeks disco started at midnight and only for over 18 s bowling and snooker available but had to use hotel credit card to pay for it. Aqua park was good fun during the day but no drinks allowed so we would use bar at quiet pool just outside gates to obtain inc drinks.
Food
I feel that the staff tried to do their best as far as catering for a wide variety of people both age group wise and nationality, although as a self confessed fussy eater spent most of fortnight eating rice , pasta, chips with gravy and bread. Although this was entirely my own choice as there was plenty on offer and many beautiful desserts both at lunch and evening meal. However do not try and remove any from restaurant food police will get you and dont leave plates in room youll be charged.
Lots of teenagers were allowed to drink freely from the bar by turning wristbands inside out. many parents who paid adult prices for teenagers seemed to want them to get moneys worth and allowed or encouraged under aged drinking,ok under supervision maybe but this was rarely the case.
Extra flight charges
We were told that we had to book and pay for the privelidge of sitting together on return flight at cost of £6 per adult and £3.50 child we only wanted to book to sit youngest child with someone as only 8 yrs old and quiet but were told would have to book whole party of 8 as could not pick and choose,and apparently a child of 3 is considered old enough to sit with strangers for duration of flight ?????????? took a chance and were all together anyway.
Booked for 14 nights hol finishing on 31 st Oct however learnt while there that hotel closed on night of 30th and we had to vacate rooms at 12pm on thurs even though we were not flying until friday at 5am so had 14 hours with no room.Unless we wanted to pay to keep it on until 11pm at a cost of £55 per room. So only had 13 nights of 14 night stay and spent most of last day in lobby watching cases and keeping sofas to enable us to sleep later .Sad end to a fairly good holiday..
Overall believe it or not as a group we enjoyed the holiday as we made the most of it and had good company not reccommended for teenagers as nothing much to do, first choice staff rude , patronising and miserable, food good cleanliness good but watch out for sickness and diarrohea it was rife..

i dont mean to be but, i am one fussy geezer & could not fault the place one bit.
the food, the drink, the entertainment, everything was bang on! the staff couldn't do enough for you.
the head chef who runs the kitchen, use to work for the american emmbassy in turkey, & has photos with him & bill clinton!
the only thing i would stay clear of is:
pera lager, its only 3% drink the tuborb its 5% ;) happy days
the independent shops near the main resturants there a rip off!
the mini bar in your room, again a rip off!
get a bus or taxi into the old town & do a food shop.
tip the waiters & bar staff there on next to nothing & work there bolox off!
we're definately booking for next year!
