Aqua Fantasy Resort Hotel

me my mum stepdad and two brothers went two aqua fantasy on the 25th of may and went for two weeks we thought everything was outstanding the only snag was the transfer to and from bodrum airport when we got to aqua fantasy we were astound we were amazed there was not one thing wat went wrong the best part about my holiday was the animation team jingles freddy borat sertac jack benji and armani they were great and sam and darren cumin back soon

This was the best holiday my family and i have ever been on, i cannot recommend enough.
There was always something to do and the food was outstanding, there was plenty of choice and cooked fresh infront of you, it was so clean you could have eaten your food off the floor.
The entertainment team could not do enough for you and made sure that you had a holiday to remember. They made you feel like one big happy family and that you never wanted to go home. The turkish people are so friendly.
I have 13, 5 and 4 year olds and there was something for everyone of them, the kids club i would highly recommend as they always did different things and kept the kids entertained, i liked the fact that the minders got to know the children by name and they wern't just another child.
The entertainment was plentiful and fun for all the family.
I am going back to aqua fantasy next year along with several other families which we met out there.
If you don't go, you will be missing out on what could possibly be the best holiday you could ever experience.

we stayed at aqua fantasy with 2 other families and we had an excellent time! it was the best holiday we have had by far! the food choice was varied and to a high standard
i would definately recommend this to any family! never a dull moment! fantastic weather, great hotel, great food and the aqua park was great for the children!
the animation team made it very fun with activities incuding adults and children! all of them were very friendly and do there jobs excelently!
we would definately come back and hope to in the future!

the hotel was very nice clean and friendly staff,fab water park and lovely claen pool area.
the food wasnt really up to much same thing very night,didnt have much for the kids to eat.the entertaiment was the rubbish apart from the singer that was there darren he was good.
the shopping trip to the market is a rip off we paid 10 pound each to go and we was only there about hour and half,what they dont tell you is they take you to the gold outlets and leather outlets,that took most of the day up,your better off making your own way there.the all inclusive finished at 11 wich was bad if you had kids with you like we did they got to go from dinner time to the next morning with anything to eat,so pack some bits to take with you to keep in your room for them.we did have a good holiday it was lovely out there it was just a few things that should be changed.

If you are looking for a fantastic 5 star hotel with everything a family could wish for then this is the place to go.
I have just arrived home and didnt want to leave. The staff were brilliant really friendly and helpful, the food was lovely (some people said they didnt like it so if you want english food best book your holiday in England) My 7yr old daughter ate really well as did my friends 14yr old son and the puddings were yum.
There is loads to do and the water park is great fun. There is entertainment at night which was very good and often funny. The resort and rooms are really clean, lots of pools, bars and restaurants also games rooms and internet access.
We went during May and the weather was beautiful, hot and sunny everyday.
I would recommend this resort and would love to go back in the future.

i booked the holiday to turkey as a birthday present for my mother & was recommended the aqua fantasy hotel by the travel agent because my 4 yr old daughter was also coming with us, it was the biggest mistake that i have made to date yet.
.GOOD POINT : the hotel & rooms were clean & presentable and on 1st impressions very nice. They were cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels daily.

.BAD POINTS : when checking into the hotel you are issued with your keycard for your room & also a hotel credit card & towel cards & didnt understand what these were for on arrival. When we eventually found our room, my mother had the wallet with the above mentioned cards but had lost the towel cards while trying to find our room since the corridors were that dark you couldnt see where you were going & reported this to reception & were charged £30 by Tufan the receptionist who said we would be reimbursed if these cards were handed in but then found out a week later that these towel cards cost only 3.5 turkish lira each so had the rep check into this & was told that it was our word against his so on the 1st day of arriving we were ripped off straight away.
There was a mini bar in the room which was empty on arrival & was never filled in 2 wks but any cans of juice or water that was bought outside the hotel by ourselfs & put into mini bar to keep cold the hotel was charging us for it again, even thought the mini bar had never been filled by them. Every night between 6pm - 9pm we had no electricity & had to phone reception to get it fixed & always happened when either in shower or baby in bath.
The food was always the same & you had to queue to get anything hot & by the time you got the rest of your food the hot food had gone cold so was a waste of time so ate out most nights either in planet yucca or the a la carte restraunts which were charged extra as were most things but was the only way you could get hot food for an evening meal.
Entertainment was non exsistant except from 9.30pm till 10.30pm which was situated outdoors in an ampitheatre which at night is bloody cold & sometimes unsuitable for kids otherwise there was no entertainment for kids or adults unless you left the hotel & went into kusadasi.
Water was a major issue for me as with a small child they drink lots of it & had to pay for it & had a dispute with duty manager who brought 2 security guards with him after 11pm while my daughter was having some soup & wanted water with it as it was hot & was told i must pay as it was forbidden to drink after 11pm from the restraunts.
The rep dealt with this & spoke to managers & we were told that kids are allowed water after 11pm free of charge but this still was not implemented by members of staff by the time we left.
Overall i would never recommend this hotel to anyone as you have to pay for water, food & drink in the aqua park,ice cream lollies for kids, a la carte restraunts,hotel buses that take you into town, alcohol, tea & coffee all after 11pm so what is the point in paying for an all inclusive holiday when that is not what you are getting... what your getting is ripped off on a daily basis by this hotel & at the end you will be given a bill for the extras that you have incurred whilst staying there from the hotel credit card & i had to pay my bill more than once & it certainly wasnt cheap & will be taking this further with first choice as the cost of the holiday to aqua fantasy could have taken our party to a higher class hotel that is 5 star in dubai or cuba for the same price & would have been treated as guests & not just tourists to ripp off.

going to aqua fantasy hotel was not the holiday we had originally booked , as usual over booked and someone has to move somewhere else. when firstchoice contacted me , and told us which hotel we could go to , or have money back we did opt for hotel... it was just my partner and myself going( ages 58-51) , so you can understand how we felt , we were not into water slides , so felt it was mainly an holiday for families ,.and i felt quite upset before we left. well all i can say it was one of the best holidays i`ve had. ..the hotel was superb , lovely large rooms , cleanliness inside hotel and hotel grounds were 1st class. the food was excellent ,like a lot of people have said , it was always the same food , but there was so many different dishes to choose from , you could try so many different ones...
the staff were very good at reception /bars/ and oasis resturant..
now the downside of holiday , having night flights was not good got to hotel 5am , dept time pick up from hotel was 2am , you have to be out of your room 12 noon prev day , you can pay an extra £20 to keep room till 6pm or £40 til10pm , we kept it till 6pm but it was long night . i feel they should let you keep your room until midnight since its next day dept. also it was quite sad as they were knocking down swallow nest from outside rooms , the thing was birds had nested ...i understand the mess if you had nest above your balcony , but they should prevent them from building nest from start , not letting them build them , then knocking them down...CRUEL..the bus ride to kusadassi very good , bus stops at main entrance of hotel 2 euros each , where you get off bus , is where you get it back , turkish blokes there telling you which bus back to hotel. excellent. the market on a wednesday is worth it just for the experiance , its obvious fake items , but good bargains...this was our 1st time to turkey and we will most definatly be returning

We really enjoyed our holiday at aqua fantasy, we arrived on a night flight and found the hotel checked us in really quickly and were soon in our rooms and beds. We were there at the begining of october and the weather was nice and warm. Our children ranged form age 15 to 8 yrs old and they enjoyed the water park. We would love to go back again. The food was ok the kids seem to find something they liked everyday, the menu is the same each week so if you go for 2wks the meals repeat themselves the following week. Kusadasi is only 5 mins in a taxi it works out a little bit dearer for a taxi than a bus but theres no waiting, theres always plenty of taxis outside the hotel and the taxi drivers will arrange to come back and pick you up. There are quite a few bars and restaurants in kusadasi if you fancy a change one night.

After going with my family the previous year and loving the place, i decided to return with my friend when to my suprise a whole new part of the hotel had been built! We were immediately shown to our room where we were the first to stay. It had a jacuzzi and sea view which we did not even pay for!
Aquapark is brilliant although it is boring to go day after day all day! Get out and see kusadasi or go on some excursions if you're bored of relaxing. Most places and activities are very child friendly also.
The staff were brilliant as always that includes bar, waiters and entertainment cast. A lot of them remembered me and I had a blast, always getting dragged up on the stage which was surrounded by amphitheater-like seating. They work very hard on all the shows but the entertainment is not just night time. The animation team work hard in the day to make sure you're having fun by the pool, with plenty of organized activities and games that people of all ages can get involved with.
Do not listen to the reviews about the safari excursion being rubbish. Indeed, you do not see any wild animals instead it it mainly motor way driving, followed by some muddy fields and a fruit fight! We were absolutely covered in mud from head to toe but washed off in a car wash with over-sized shower heads! It was so much fun.
Ensure you take the dolmus to kusadasi centre, it is very cheap to do so. There is a market on certain days which is worth checking out as there is also in a nearby town of selcuk. The turkish men are very friendly, often being described as pushy and forward. This may be the case sometimes but all you have to do is say no thank you and walk away, they will not bug you to buy something afterwards.
Even though it is all inclusive, do not stay in the hotel all the time! Nightlife is amazing, open til you can't drink anymore and even the market stalls are open until 5o'clock in the morning! I was fortunate enough to go with the animation team such as Melih but if you are unsure about going at night, befriend some of the staff and they will be more than happy to go with you when they get off duty!
There is a dutch majority in the hotel however i never had any problems as most of the dutch speak english and are very nice! Some of them from the holiday i am still in contact with!
There are many other positives to the hotel i can talk about but i will leave it at that. I am returning again this year, it will be my third time. Last time i went i saw people from the year before who had also returned!

we went to this resort with three children, myself ,my partner,and my partners parents we stayed for two weeks of which we all enjoyed ourselves the food was great the hotel was fantastic and so were the staff the entertainment was great the beach party was fantastic as were the fireworks i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone with children even the young at heart my advise if you have children is to fly to izmir as transfer is only 30 mins but from bodrum it takes two
