" Come back from a wonderful holiday.... "

Come back from a wonderful holiday. The weather was great only one day of rain the first full day we were there.

The food was really good there was always something to eat. I went for 2 weeks with my husband and 3 children ages 17, 12, 10. and my sister in law her partner and 2 children ages 14, 11.

The children had a whale of a time I didn’t hardly see my eldest has he met up with loads of other teenagers and had a brill holiday the best he has had.

The water park is amazing I must admit I didn’t dare go down the extreme slide but everyone else did in our party.

We all went into the market in Kusadasi, which frightened me; I couldn’t look at anyone without being asked to go into their shop.

We went to Ephesus and visited St Mary House which was unreal and all the roman ruins were excellent.

I have never been to Turkey before but loved it a beautiful place and such lovely people.

The only moan or 2 is the room cards to let you in your room kept on failing you had to keep getting a new one which was a pain, and the shower leaked a little bit on the floor.

But apart from them little moans had a fantastic holiday loved every minute of it and would go back in a couple years.

" Family of 4 - 2 Adults & 2 boys,... "

Family of 4 - 2 Adults & 2 boys, aged 3 & 5. We have just returned from our holiday, and I can honestly say we have all thoroughly enjoyed it!

After reading some of the reviews on this site (after I had booked the holiday!) I was dreading the worst. However, I cannot think of a bad thing to say about it, except...
The downside of the hotel is that there is nothing else nearby.

We were getting the kids some sweets from the hotel shop every night (Big mistake!), a small packet a chewy sweets were costing around £1.50 each! Obviously, as you are a captive market they can charge what they want!

We ended up going by taxi to Kusadasi and buying a carrier bag full of sweets and crisps, for about the same price we were paying a night for a couple of packets.

During the day the "Entertainment Staff" were always trying to get you to join in on the games and activities that were going on, must admit though I only joined in on the "Pool Gladiators,” excellent fun!

The kids really enjoyed the "Kids Club,” which was run by the first choice reps, and we much appreciated not having them around for a couple of hours a day, if you have kids, you will know what I mean! They ran 2 or 3 sessions every day, which I think is very good, although you did have to pay extra for some of the sessions.

My two were a bit young for the Aqua Park, but they did enjoy the kid’s pool in there. They spent most of their time in the little kid’s pool with 3 slides in the hotel.

There were shows on every night, but we only went twice as the kids were knackered and were nearly always in bed by 22:00 at the latest, which is most unlike my two!

We all enjoyed the food; there was always a good selection on to choose from, although breakfast did become a bit repetitive towards the end of the holiday.

All the staff we came across were friendly and very helpful.

Some of the comments mention the "Rude Dutch people,” personally I did not find a problem with them; it is the Russians you want to watch out for!

All in all, a very good holiday, enjoyed by all of us.

P.S
Does anybody know what the song is that they kept playing with the "Club Dance"?

" Well I’ve got mixed views. Firstly... "

Well I’ve got mixed views. Firstly I would like to say that the hotel overall was fantastic. Very clean and inviting.

The food was good and a good selection but not a good variety for different ages. Evening meal wasn’t special as I associated it to being the main meal of the day.

Waiters were very helpful and made sure your plates were taking away straight away.

The pools were spotless and plenty of sunbeds available.

Not a good selection of drinks, I knew we would be drinking their own brands but Vodka and beer was all that was available. Definitely recommend the beer. The bar staff were very rude and not very helpful.

Evening entertainment was very poor. Entertainment was on at 11 onwards when our drinks ran out. Amphitheatre is a must see though, good for all ages.

Lastly I would like to say first choice was fantastic, very helpful reps and well organised trips. Good transport to and from the airports and very useful.

My holiday was fantastic but being older you tend to push the bad points to a side whilst your on holiday. It’s only when you get home and reflect that you see the areas that need change.

" My wife, son, and I have just arrived... "

My wife, son, and I have just arrived back after a fantastic week at this resort.

We arrived at 7.30 in the morning and were greeted by the Bell Boys who obliged to deliver our bags to our room (they may wait for a tip).

The Hotel rooms were immaculate and just right for the amount of time we would be spending in there. One recommendation is not to use the mini-bar as other reports will tell you, the prices are crazy (£1.60 A Can of Fanta!).

Contrary to the brochures, breakfast is served from 7.00 so that's when the all inclusive begins. The staff in the restaurants(there were two main) were spot on, and always happy to help in any way possible.

For all those people who complained regarding queuing for food, what do you expect when there are over 2000 people in the resort. The longest you would wait was 5 minutes tops and that was for the food that was freshly made for you! Every day there was a good variety and my fussy son was always satisfied.

We did not visit the A la Carte restaurants but some friends did and for a supplement of £8 a head, they said the meals were fantastic and more than worth the value. Turkish night (Wednesdays) in the restaurants was a real treat!

There were plenty of pools in the resort for all ages(Including Adult Only) and they are never overcrowded due to the Waterpark(More on that) and were constantly maintained by the staff, do note that none of the hotel pools were staffed by lifeguards. We visited the beach once but because of everything else going on we didn't need to.

Now for the Waterpark. The place itself was fantastic for people of all ages and I mean all ages(A 80 year old granny came past me on a ring on the river). The Pirate ship pool for the kids is fantastic and it is only 1ft deep so most children can stand.

As for the slides, they are absolute must for thrill seekers. My only recommendation is the huge white body slide is for to wear trunks if you have them as your shorts end up your backside! You don't need to take money in there(Waterpark) as you receive a splash card when you check in the hotel and you just use these.

The bill is charged to your room number and you settle up when you check out. That goes for anywhere in the complex including the bars after hours. Great Idea.

The bars are good and the staff are friendly but do speak up when you want a drink like you would on a Saturday night!

My only gripes were that of most people, the manners of the Dutch and the Rep who was very helpful when she was in the mood but not when we complained about being asked about a 12.00 checkout, when our pick up was at 23.30! If you have no room and Kids to entertain for 11.5 Hrs with nowhere to go is a nightmare, so check your flight and room times.

All in all we had a wonderful time and will be returning with more of our family as it is a wonderful resort !

" This hotel has just about every... "

This hotel has just about every conceivable activity for children. On the surface it is a perfect holiday for children.

We upgraded to a family room and so had lots of space and the room was cleaned every day.

However, after a few days you start to notice the restaurant isn’t as clean as it should be, the waiters don't like you and are slow to clean up after diners. I ate every lunchtime with my 7month old while my husband carried on playing with our older child.

Every day I struggled with a high chair and a buggy and in the 14 days no-one offered to help me! The food is good and plentiful - although the brochure did offer a choice of restaurants that weren't open.

There are loads of pools to choose from and the water park is everything you would expect. Not too sure on the cleanliness of the pools, our 5 year old has come home with the most horrific holiday bug ever. Sickness, diarrhoea, head to toe rash, headache, v. high temperature and sore throat - we are now on day 6 of it with no sign of recovery. Doctor said let it take its course!

The beach is awful, dirty sand, dirty water. The hotel is built on a marsh with an underground pumping system into the sea, so you wouldn’t swim in the waters.

The biggest downfall and I am ashamed to say this but was the fellow British tourists! I have never met a worse bunch of rude, ignorant people in my life.

If you enjoy swilling beer all day, shouting and swearing at the top of your voice to your children, being rude, ignorant, and demanding to the hotel staff and generally giving your country a bad name then this resort is the place for you!

If like me, you want the best holiday for your children but are polite, friendly and enjoy a couple of glasses of wine then avoid this place like the plague! It is no wonder the staff were so off - wouldn't you be?

Me my partner and 2 yr old son have just come back from 2weeks at the Aqua Fantasy Park and hotel, we had a fantastic time.

The hotel and grounds are kept very clean & tidy, staff are brilliant. Loads for kids and adults to do but no kids clubs for under three.

We didn’t watch the entertainment every night but enjoyed it when we did, beautiful sunset. Ephesus a must see and Kusadasi town big and busy.

Could maybe provide irons. Iker and Urhge are fantastic at the photo shop.

" Arrived at Bodrum airport in the... "

Arrived at Bodrum airport in the early afternoon (don't forget your £10 per person for your entry visa). Quickly picked up the luggage and were on our way to the hotel in less than half an hour.

After a transfer which took about 2 1/2 hours we arrived at the Aqua Fantasy Hotel, first impressions were very good.

We quickly got checked in and were in our hotel room ... with our luggage arriving within 15 minutes. We had booked a junior suite with a garden view. The room itself was fine. It was clean and had enough room for me and my wife and 2 kids.

The garden view however was not quite what we were expecting. The garden was swiftly nicknamed Shreks garden, as it was just an overgrown wasteland with a swampy river running under our balcony. Still, how much time do you spend looking out from your balcony?

After we had settled in, we went for a quick explore, and it was then that we realised just how big this Hotel complex is. Basically there are two sides to the Hotel - the club side (the older side), and where we were which is called the World Hotel. This is the newer side and was primarily occupied by the British guests.

On our first full day the heavens opened, and it basically rained all day. To entertain the kids we took them into the indoor pool which I have to say had the coldest water I have ever swam in bbbbrrrrrr! We also had a go at bowling and a couple of games of pool.

These activities are extra, and are paid for with the splash card that is issued to you on arrival. You have to sign a receipt each time you use your card - so you can keep an eye on how much you are spending.

Both my kids went to kids club, but on their 1st visit my daughter promptly threw up on one of the kid’s club reps (and a couple of waiters for good measure). The kid’s club manager was adamant that we should take her to see the on-site doctor (directly opposite the kids club).

We did as they suggested and after the most unprofessional examination I have ever seen, he gave her a bottle of medicine and asked to see our Holiday insurance. He saw that the excess was for £50 and promptly charged us £47. Far be it for me to question his integrity - but be warned!

As for the kids club itself, the kids enjoyed it, and the First Choice girls were friendly and good with the kids.

There are two main restaurants - One on the World side and one on the Club side. Both are predominantly buffet style and cater for a huge amount of guests.

For the first week we ate at the World side restaurant, and I have to admit it reminded me of a school canteen...too many people, too many queues and too loud. However the food was nice enough, although you did have to queue for around 20 minutes if you wanted any of the food being cooked freshly by the chefs.

At the start of the second week someone said that the restaurant in the club side was much quieter so we decided to give that a go. This was the best tip we got all holiday. From then on we ate at the Club side every meal time - no queues and the food just seemed better.

If we didn't fancy a big meal at lunchtime, the outdoor snack bars serve Hotdogs, Hamburgers, spag bol and delicious fresh pizza (all with chips of course) - again, there was always a pretty hefty queue (on the World side anyway).

There was a big variety of pools for during the day, it's just a question of finding the one that suits you. Also, a big plus is that you don't have to get up early to bag sunbeds - there are plenty. All the pools are very clean and well maintained. I can't say the same for the beach though, this was pretty dirty, and I certainly wouldn't swim in the sea there - it's filthy.

During the day the hotel animation team organise lots of games (volleyball / water polo / etc), but aren't pushy if you don't want to join in.

The evening entertainment starts off at 9:00PM with the kids disco. This is organised by the Hotel run kids club, and your kids will not have heard of any of the songs. The stage where the kids disco is held is about 3ft off the ground, and there were hearts in mouths many times as tiny tots strayed near the edge.

Following the kids disco there was usually a show, which was always pretty professional and entertaining.

There are plenty of bars dotted about, but the staff certainly aren't in any hurry whatsoever, in fact some of them are just plain rude. Also, towards the end of the holiday they would only let each person order 2 drinks which is not much use if you have 2 adults and two kids.

We did have a few gripes, but not nearly enough to spoil our holiday (unlike some other guests who just seemed to go out of their way to complain). It did seem the Hotel were keen to get as much money from you as possible - Fresh Orange juice 4lr a glass - slow serving drinks coming up to 11 (charged after 11) - closing the bars 15 minutes early so you have to pay for drinks (or go back to your room and drink the hugely expensive drinks from your minibar) - free ice cream only available during lunch time.

Finally the water park. This was great; my 7yr old daughter put me to shame though by going down the kamikaze slide - I'd rather eat my own head!!

In summary, this was a great holiday. Remember, it will only be as good as you make it. We met some nice people and are seriously considering going back again next year.

" The hotel was very clean and tidy.... "

The hotel was very clean and tidy. Food was great with lots of variety and freshly cooked to order (fried eggs, omelettes and pancakes at breakfast) if you can stand to wait in the queue for up to 15 mins.

The bar staff tried their best to serve everyone but most of the bars only had one or two staff on at a time which just wasn't enough for the many people waiting.

Our room was nice apart from the bath leaking, which caused a big puddle in the middle of the floor after each shower.

The pools and waterpark were very nice, with plenty of choice if you wanted to be in the heart of the action or just peace and quiet.

The big drawback of this complex is that it is very isolated, unless you are happy to pay to visit Kusadasi (4 lira per person on hotel bus or 20 lira for a taxi EACH WAY).

There isn't anywhere to walk to out of the hotel as the complex is in the middle of nowhere, no shops or restaurants for 6 miles. The shops inside the hotel capitalise on this and charge a fortune for everything including inflatable’s, cigarettes, magazines and books.

The bowling alley is great fun but costs 10 lira per person for 1 game.

The mini bar is very expensive and it is a good idea to keep checking your bill at reception as mistakes are frequently made. We were charged for something out of the mini bar which we never used, and also we bought some chips from the waterpark which was swiped on the splash card, to later find they had also charged us for 4 cokes as well!

Sorry about going on about the cost of everything but we had heard that Turkey was cheap and didn’t expect to be paying the same prices or more for things than at home.

The weather was very good and I did like the way the pools and the beach were laid out with plenty of shaded areas for when it got just too hot to be in the direct sun.

I did enjoy this holiday complex but unless it is uprooted and put in the centre of Kusadasi we will not be going back.

" Returned to Turkey last week for our... "

Returned to Turkey last week for our annual holiday, which is our 2nd time now to Turkey. We went with First Choice before to Izer Hotel in Torba, and will start with my comments on First Choice.

From the moment we visited the First Choice website, it was a joy. The website was so easy to navigate around and find our holiday, just like before. Received all documentation when they said and in good time.

Staff at Gatwick were 2nd-to-none, polite, courteous, helpful, smart, everything you would expect really. The flight to Bodrum was a pleasant flight despite the usual slight turbulence you always seem to get when going to Turkey.

The flight went very quick, and must say the cabin crew and officers were very professional and work very hard in making you feel comfortable and informed.

The coach transfer was also pleasant in a good, clean, well maintained air-con'd coach. Very well organised also, from walking out of Bodrum airport, we was loaded and sat on the coach on the way to the Aqua Fantasy resort within about 15minutes.

So what can I say about the resort, Aqua Fantasy? Nothing really, it speaks for itself!

Myself, my wife and 2 boys aged 10 & 8 found the whole week amazing. The hotel has an official rating of 5*, and from the moment you arrive, you can see why. Driving down the mountainside on the coach, you get a good aerial view of the whole Park & Hotel.

The Hotel itself is 100% spotless clean, and is kept that way throughout the whole day every day. The check-in was painless, with your bags bought to your room within about 15minutes.

The initial though of a high number of rooms in a single hotel seemed daunting, but the hotel is so very well laid out and spacious, you would think you was in a small little hotel somewhere.

The pools, all 7 of em, was very spacious also and clean beyond belief. (A baby had an 'accident' one day; they shut the pool, scooped 'it' out, flushed the pool through, and hoovered the pool completely before reopening it within 2 hours!!)

The food in restaurants is delicious. A good selection of hot, cold, savoury, desserts, starters are available at every session during the day. Only down side really is that at the Grill sides, the Q can be a bit long sometimes, but eh the wait is worth it.

The evening entertainment was excellent, with Mini Disco for the kids and then the main show. The hotel and First Choice run a kids club with an excellent team of entertainers to keep the kids amused.

Now the Water Park. Again, part of the Hotel complex, its spotless, well laid out, well maintained etc. All the slides, 27 I believe, especially the big ones, had lifeguards on duty, both at the top and the bottom.

The Q's were none existent; at the most we waited for about 6 people in front of us at the most. There is a good selection of slides and pools for all ages from toddlers to adults. No word of a lie, it lives upto its name and truly deserves to be awarded the accolade of 'World No1 Waterpark' which it has just been given by the World Waterpark Assoc'.

If you or your kids love water, it’s a dead cert, there is water everywhere! The only little downside of the Waterpark is your food and drinks are NOT included into the All-inclusive, although the Park is free entry to guests. When you check in, you are given a 'Splash-card' to purchase drinks etc in the park. You have to get this activated before you can use it. They don’t tell you this when they give you it, and I found out the hard way after I got the kids a drink and ice-cream.

But due to it not working, the was polite and didn’t seem really bothered about taking 'payment' for it anyway.

So there you go. We flew out at the end of May 2007 for one week in the school holidays. Weather was about low 30s and was comfortable to lay-in all day, with the occasional dip in the pool to cool down.

We can’t praise First Choice or Aqua Fantasy enough, 150%. You can read the reviews if you like, but I think people that find faults, are being picky (even I maybe guilty as above). The Turks are very polite, and do everything to make your holiday a memorable one.

So much so, we returned on June 4th. We rebooked to return to Aqua Fantasy in August 2008 within 2 days of our return.

Go on; go there, you'll love it!!

" The hotel was beautiful and the... "

The hotel was beautiful and the people were great. I stayed for 14 days and I wanted to book another week because it was so great.

At the restaurant at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, my family was always greeted by someone on the door, they said good afternoon and enjoy your meal.

The staff were excellent with the kids they always made it a fun place to stay for the kids and me, they never got down, they seemed happy all the time no matter what was going on.

The food was excellent every night there was a different section of food and desserts there was chips for the kids, salads and meat. All different kinds of salad dressings which were home made. The desserts ranged from fruit and cakes and pies there was chocolate sauce which you could have every night of the week.

The staff were brilliant in the restaurants as soon as you had finished your meal they were there cleaning your table for you and when you got back there was a fresh clean table for you.

The drinks in the hotel were brilliant the kids could have orange or cherry and fizzy drinks e.g. Coca Cola, sprite, Fanta etc. The adults could have the Turkish larger which was called efes or you could have liquor or cocktails whatever you wanted it was free.

The bar staff were brilliant with the kids they were always smiling and talking to the kids.

The aqua park was the best water park in turkey it was always clean and tidy were ever there was a piece of rubbish was a cleaner the water was crystal clear the slides were amazing me and the kids went on them hundreds of times.

The best slides were the biggest ones and space ball, they were brilliant. The kids went on all the slides in the park. It was family friendly and it felt safe to be in the lifeguards were always good with the kids and made fun to be there.

The pools in the hotel were so clean every night cleaners would clean out all the pools in the hotels so they would be nice and clear the next morning there was no rubbish around the pool area.

The rooms were lovely, every day after you had been round the pool you would come in to find a spotless room waiting for you. We got fresh towels and linen each day, it was polished every where. The house keeping would make shapes out of linen, they made hearts and swans and lots more things.

The only thing that put the hotel down was the reception, they ignored you if you wanted something, they would just walk past as if you were not there, but eventually they would serve you and give you what you wanted.

If you are thinking about booking this holiday I would go for it, because it is one of the best holidays I have been on and I would probably book to go next year as well. GO FOR IT!

" I had read a couple of reviews which... "

I had read a couple of reviews which are very mixed. I could not find a problem with this hotel at all.

The staff were very friendly there was plenty to do in the day and easy enough to get into town in the evening however if you came back after midnight you had to get a taxi which was 40 Lira (£16) as the local bus service finishes at midnight.

The food in the hotel was brilliant there was always plenty of choice and there was chips and burgers etc there for the kids.

I went as part of 2 adults so wanted to be away from the children which was not a problem, as they had an adults only pool which never had more than 8-10 people around it.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family but if you’re planning on going into town every night to party it's a little bit too far and you’re better off staying in the centre.

All in all a brilliant holiday this was my 8th visit to Kusadasi and am going back in 4 weeks time and I really cannot wait.

" Just returned from here. We are a... "

Just returned from here. We are a family of 5, our children, however, are 21,19, and 16. We went with the advice of the First Choice, who said this hotel would be ideal for our 3 kids(!).

A shade disappointed with this hotel. On booking in we were shown to the corridor where our ground floor rooms would be. We were left to find them on our own. When we eventually did, they were dirty and the electrics were faulty. We were also given a room with a view of the canal, sewerage smell included. We were re-allocated rooms on the 3rd floor after complaining.

Elaine, the First Choice rep was very helpful in getting the rooms changed, but the hotel staff were less so. They had selected deafness when dealing with complaints. If you wanted to buy something, their English was very good, but the same person would not be able to understand if you were not spending money.

We found the Oasis restaurant pleasant and the food varied and well cooked, with helpful staff. The bar staff left a lot to be desired. They were surly and rude for the most part, especially after 10.30pm, slowing from a stroll to a crawl for the last 30 minutes of the All inclusive bar.

One exception was the beach bar, run by a very friendly young man named Sam. This is the best bar in the hotel (Weather permitting).

The Flamingo bar shut at 6pm, 4 hours early! The Marine restaurant was closed all week.
Take note that drinks and Ice creams you pay for can be as dear as at home, if not dearer.

The evening entertainment is purely for families with younger children, of which there are many. Our 3 were left wondering what to do. A disco or organised entertainment for late teens would be good.

Darts and snooker are not free, as described in the brochure. You had to buy darts or buy time on the tables. Much more expensive than at home.

The water park was ok, but again, not fully open. Again, if you buy goods from here, be prepared to cough up.

We went on the Ephesus tour, with a visit to a Turkish delight emporium and a pottery, which was very enjoyable and informative.

We had paid for 3 days car hire. On the morning the hire commenced there was no sign of the car. The local rental company supplied the car, but this was not made clear to us or First Choice.

The rep from DinaMik car hire was very helpful once we realised that Suncars had transferred the rental to him and he wasn't just trying to sell his car hire to us. We had a brand new Renault which we took a few white knuckle rides in. Turkish roads, very much like the hotel are unfinished!

Kusadasi was busy and vibrant. Take the local bus(Dolmus). It's an experience on its own. We enjoyed the haggling and banter with the traders, but go after the cruise liners have left port. More chance to bargain hunt then.

Turkey has got wise to tourism now, and the prices are rising as proof.

Aqua Fantasy is now too big. The staff can't cope with the numbers packed into the hotel satisfactorily. If you get a room by the canal and waste land, stretch your imagination and envisage the golf course that is supposed to be being built for next summer.

" We've just returned from this holiday... "

We've just returned from this holiday (2 families). At first hand we thought that it was a fantastic place, the sun was shining, there were lots of swimming pools and they were not that busy.

We were booked into a Junior suite (2 Adults and 1 Child) and we asked for a sea view.
You could see the sea if you bent your head around the balcony. What we didn't expect to see was a dirty canal filled with Turtles, Fish, and Snakes which led to the Sea. We were not the only people to witness these.

First few days were fantastic, weather was great Kids and Adults loved the Aqua water Park. Then the weather changed and there was not a lot to do. You had to pay for the snooker and Pool and they wanted 40 Turkish Lire for the darts. (this was to buy them, you couldn't hire them.)

After the first few days of rain we found that they had Table Tennis and Darts Tournaments inside, okay if you’re a teenager or Adult. Not so good if you were a child.

The indoor pool looked inviting; having a mermaid for a daughter we thought we'd try this. The pool was colder that outside. The Ladies toilet door wouldn't close properly so if you didn't go in two's you were in trouble.

The Food was okay for the first week. The second week the food was exactly the same either Turkey, Veal and Battered fish. You had to pay if you wanted to use the Italian, Mexican, Fish, or Chinese Restaurants.

" We travelled as a group of 9. Five... "

We travelled as a group of 9. Five adults and children of 14, 11, 7, and 2.

The first impression of the hotel arriving at night is impressive with the fountain and front of the hotel lit up. The checking in is hassle free and your luggage is delivered to your room for you.

We had a junior suite for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was a good size with air conditioning. The bathroom is a good standard and has both a shower and bath. The rooms are cleaned daily.

The two main restaurants are spotless and you have a choice of four to five main courses every night. There is several bars dotted around the complex most of which have cooking facilities, where snacks are served most of the day.

There are several swimming pools with an impressive range of dedicated child pools.

The aqua park which is free, is excellent, a must visit.

The shows at the amphitheatre are a very good standard. We didn’t see the same show twice in two weeks.

We had read a lot of bad reports about the beach but we found it spotless and people cleaned the seaweed away every day.

We found the staff very friendly and courteous and especially friendly to children.

The splash cards are a great idea and save you carrying money around.

Overall we found nothing to complain about and found the hotel and staff to be of a high standard. We enjoyed it so much we are going back next year.

" The best bit is the water park, if it... "

The best bit is the water park, if it wasn’t for that I would be very disappointed with the holiday. In the brochure it says kids club but when we were there they only catered for the Dutch children.

Icecream is limited to one per person and only given out at lunch time. The food can be improved upon ,we like most foods Italian, Indian, Mexican, but the hotel insisted on doing 101 things with mince everyday. If you eat anything out of the mini bar, check the price carefully as we were charged wrongly twice.

There is no public phone near and it is expensive to use the one in the hotel, keep your calls until you go into town and get a phone card its cheaper. The entertainment staff are very friendly and will make an effort to speak to you everyday and get you involved with sports.

There were a lot of Dutch people at this hotel I would say about 85% of the people staying here were. Some spoke English and were very friendly but all of them treated the staff like crap so this affected our service also. We have been to Turkey many times and have started learning the language, so this is not a case of being picky.

We found a brill restaurant in the town called the redwood they will pick you up and take you home ask for big mike he made our holiday.
