Very disappointing. Food was served cold eventually they supplied a microwave to heat up food (unbelievable).
Swimming pool didn’t open till 10am and even then you couldn’t enjoy it for the extremely loud music coming from... read more

Booked apartment only through alpharooms.com and was very efficient as usual. private shuttle transfer through resorthoppa.com dropped at door but had to wait at bottom of road for pickup. Nice reception and pool area, and pool bar served the best... read more

This was on arrival 3 star outside looks lovely rooms were nice But we arrived on a Thursday and never had clean towels for 3days also our bed was not changed for 5days.
