Although apprehensive about these apartments, we enjoyed it so much that we are going back again in November. One of the few apartments/hotels I would return to
Located between old & new town so is the perfect base.
Only drawback is quite a steep hill, but then so many of these in Benidorm, so maybe not for the quite so agile. Really big supermarket just round the corner which is handy.
Staff very pleasant and helpful and no problem with room being cleaned etc. Looking forward to our next vist.

Basic accommodation, spacious balcony, clean room and towels changed 3 times whilst we were there for 1 week. the location is great as its about a 10 min walk to the old town and 10 min walk to the british square and the beach is close also. Not a problem with the staff, bar was cheap enough. cant comment on the food as didnt eat there and the pool area was clean, all good for what you pay for it!!

Do not Stay here!!
Me and my friend were staying here for one week on the third night we were Burgaled and whoever It was took everything we owned including clothe smake up shampoo and everything!! This was obviously an inside job and they even admitted whoever took our things must of had the key, Which we left in reception for SAFETY!!
They would not help us after this and wouldnt even phone the police for us!! They then started being aggressive and nasty (bearing in mind we are 2 20 year old girls
) and we then feared staying in the hotel and had 2 leave and pay for an apartment!
The hotel was ok for cleanliness but the staff were horrendous and rude and arragont!
I wouldnt reccomend it to anyone!! If you are going to this hotel Hire a safety deposit box Trust me its worth it!!
Benidorm was exellent though I will be going back just not to this hotel!!!!!!!

i would strongly adivise people to NOT stay at this hotel! it was a nightmare from the begining the staff are horrible and not helpfull at all! me and my room mate came in one night to find our room completly emptied someone had stolen every single peice of clothing we had they even stole our smellies right down to our underwear were left with nothing! this was a complete mystery 2 me as there was no sign of a brake in. someone had enterd the room via they key which was behind reception. when we confroted reception they did not care all we might aswell of been invisible they did not even atempt 2 help us one bit. in the end me nad my m8 were left 2 feel like the victims we even got chucked out of our hotel i think that it was something dodgy and the hotel staff knew about our break in! plzzzzzzzzz do not stay in this hotel

Do not get this accommodation mixed with the Primavera Dos.
This is the other side of town, and in my opinion a better location by far, almost in between the old and new towns.
Our coach driver dropped us off at the Primavera Dos (2) Apartments as he said he did not know another Primavera Apartments. So we had to get a taxi to the Primavera Apartments.
The Primavera Apartments (Not the Dos) is the nicer of the two looking at it from the exterior. The Primavera Apartments we stayed at overlooked a park with nice gardens, which I consider to be rare in the built up resort of Benidorm.
The apartments were very basic, but were kept clean and everything worked, including the newly installed central heating/air conditioning units. Staff were friendly enough and it was in a quiet location, no traffic noise.
I would however warn you about the pick pockets in Benidorm in general. I am very security conscious but found a man taking my purse from my bag without any warning!! I had specifically worn the zips to the inside of my bag and was also linking my husband’s arm, so god knows how he got into by bag, I did not even feel the awareness of anyone following us, as I usually let anyone walking behind us pass.
As I turned around he took flight, with my purse, I followed as an instinct and flagged a police car down, but they only seemed to be interested if he was an "Arabian.”
Still all was not lost as I do not carry any valuables coz of this, all he got was a measly Ten Euro’s!! HA HA!!! Up His!!
We did have a good time though and really enjoyed being away for the Xmas break for the first time. I would do it again next year, but not go out with a bag next time!

Being cheap I expected to land in a den of a place but what a surprise! This was a basic no frills apartment which suited our needs. Close to a great supermarket and other amenities and a view to die for.
We knew about the 60 Euro deposit so it was no big deal. Being self catering we expected to buy toilet rolls etc but they were supplied. Staff were reserved and polite, wasn't expecting 18-30 stuff anyway. We are going back again in Spring.
NB this is not the Primavera next to the "strip" so please don't get confused, its next to the old town and the park.
I would recommend this to anyone wanting a basic, clean base. My only gripe is that there is no kettle in apartment.
All in all give it a try I say.

I was worried about some of the reviews before I went, although I knew the area quite well, but the hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful.
Some of our party were ill on arrival at the Hotel and the gentleman on reception was fantastic and dealt with our check-in very quickly. There was a deposit of either 60 euros or £40 Sterling per apartment, which hadn’t been mentioned in any literature we read about the Aparthotel before going, but there was no quibble when it came to returning it at the end of our stay.
Very close to the beach and main areas of Benidorm. There was a stag party of about 25 during our stay but we didn't hear much noise. Very large Spanish presence of holidaymakers in the hotel. Everyone was very friendly.
The apartments were clean and spacious (we had three on the top floor; 11th), although very basic. View from our balcony was FANTASTIC taking in the Mediterranean Sea right the way round by the Grand Bali to the mountains facing the sea.
There were 8 in our party between the ages of 11 and 76 years and we were all catered for in the area. I would definitely recommend the Primavera Park and would use it again.

PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.
Rooms are very basic, hanging wires from plug socket in the kitchen area, no kettle on arrival and the maid service was non existent. Toilet rolls; one per week for 3 of us!
Pool area has broken tiles, which could be a tripping hazard.
We stayed in 403, check the tiles out in the bathroom; tiles broken over the shower and was expecting cockroaches to fall on my head when having a shower just like that film with Goldie Horn in!
Also you have to take your own rubbish downstairs to the bins in the car park, which was just disgraceful. Come on Primavera we are on holiday, sort it out!
Worst hotel I’ve booked

Just returned from these apartments after a long weekend stag do, there were 13 guys and all had a great time. The apartments are in a great location, 2 mins from the square and 5 mins from the beach.
Was a bit worried about the reviews before we went but there was no need to worry; mugger’s alley was fine, it’s a well lit road. Food from the poolside cafe was reasonably priced and so was the beer 1.40 euro for a pint of estrella.
Rooms were clean and spacious. There was a mix of families and stag/hen parties so could be quite loud some days but didn’t bother us at all. Great for a break - enjoy! (p.s. stay away from the potato men they will pickpocket you, although this never happened to us as we already knew about them).
A great hotel!!! Very friendly...

A great hotel!!! Very friendly staff who were very helpful at anytime day or night. The rooms were very nice and clean and a nice big balcony for sitting down to lunch or looking at the beautiful view of the sea.
Having a nice big supermarket up the road was great! Not even a 5 minute walk and with the food being so cheap I wouldn't both going half board.
Hotel was situtated in a great location with the beach a 5-10 min walk away and restuarants almost on every street and the Square was only a short taxi ride away.
Was a great holiday a little noisey but it only added character.
Enjoyed it so much that I'm heading back in October.

Well, where to start?
We arrived at the hotel but you get dropped off at the bottom of a steep hill so you have to hall your luggage up. Then when we got there, we were notified that we couldn’t get in the room till 3pm when we’d arrived there at 8 in the morning. There’s a hidden deposit charge of 60 euros which you are then told to leave at the hotel until your rooms are ready. You can’t look around which I thought was a bit weird.
When we got into the rooms they were clean but as the week went on there was never clean bedding or towels, so we had to sleep with no bedding or dirty bedding that was the choice.
We were a young group so we were getting in in the early hours of the morning but we were not noisy. The hotel staff came to our floor saying we were making noise which was incorrect plus, they always threatened you with getting the police, which happened at least 10 times.
Got to say the holiday was out of this world, but I would never ever stay here again - they are rude and arrogant!
Just got back from Benidorm,...

Just got back from Benidorm, staying at Primavera Park, want to go back. Nice location and not too noisy as it’s about a mile or so from the 'square'.
Lovely pool but not very big, but adequate. Pool bar is good value although no snacks available through the day except crisps and nuts. Local supermarket is excellent and sells everything. There is a karaoke bar just outside but it finishes about 2 so it’s possible to get some sleep.
Our apartment had air-con for free! Lovely when you come up from the pool after a days sunbathing. There is pay per view TV in the apartment. Only problem we had was the sofa bed broke and no toilet rolls provided. Had to beg, borrow and steal for those. Plenty of hot water for showers too. Very basic kitchen but we didn’t cook at all, so cheap to eat out. Try the red lion just down the road, lovely food and excellent value for money. Owners are lovely too.
All in all a good base clean, friendly and accommodating. Would go back anytime.

Hotel noisy, full of lager louts. Rooms very basic and never saw a cleaner for two weeks, had to ask for clean towels and sheets. No pool side snacks and no hotel entertainment. Cutlery and dishes a disgrace. No poolside attendant, rooms were trashed and broken into. Chairs, bottles and other items were flung from balconies.
Paid to put the TV on for kids - it was in German and the next channel was hard core porn. Drunken louts running and jumping into pool with their shorts down with drink in their hands - noone from hotel to control them.

For a family on a budget. Excellent Value for Money.
We found the staff friendly and most helpful. The Hotel is situated close to the Levante Beach and the area where the locals congregate. We found this a particular advantage as we like to integrate with the locals.
A large supermarket is 200 metres away so very handy for those on a Self-Catering Basis. A local park is opposite the hotel with a swing park etc.
The rooms are basic, but perfectly adequate. Clean and have a large balcony.
It can be noisy at night as a lot of young people us the hotel. If you are a family ask to be located on the first floor.
I would use the Primavera again.
Hotel was extremely noisy, even...

Hotel was extremely noisy, even although not full. Food was well below a 3 star standard with very poor choice and always lukewarm. Breakfast was particularly bad in this respect. Some days we were only couple in restaurant.
Self catering apartments were far better placed for views and sunny balconies than half board - we had no sun and looking onto rear car park. We will not be back.
