We soon arrived in the duty free area where we went to prets and picked up goodies for the plane, the smoked salmon is gorg. I am a very nervous flyer and dreaded the flight for weeks, there was no delays i was a bit paranoid free seating means you choose the seats but i love a window seat somehow it feels safer but we were soon on the plane and there was no delays the pilot was very informative and said we shouldn’t have any delays or turbulence - hallelujah.
Anyway before we knew it i was looking out the window, as the clouds thinned and sun rose over Europe all my fears disappeared, we were drinking our teas and chatting away soon we landed and because we had to arrange for our own transport to the resort we found the resort hoppa desk very easily.
No real problems connecting or finding our bus very pleasant journey if you travel by the resort hoppa and you are going to the Bristol they drop you at the taxi rank its a three minute walk from there to the Bristol. Check in easy our room was on the third floor the room had twin beds which of course we pushed together a TV with sat, balcony, en suite.
We had full board so we tried all the meals-it was a help yourself buffet food very well presented, the usual cereals and hot breakfast food-juice fresh breads eggs fruit juice hot drinks-lunch-always lots of salad and cold meat soup and various hot food dinner the same, you could always get something nice.
Staff not too happy looking, we had lots of Spanish older peps staying and i felt somewhat in the way we would get evils from them when entering the dining room, but it was funny.
The only real complaint I had was the noise outside if you are elderly and have young kids request a back room as night and day noise out on the main road with the scooters is really bad, make sure you depart dead on twelve or you get a call in your room, other then that it was fantastic. Xxxx.
