I had never been to Benidorm and rang 1800 hotels as i use them all the time.

They recommended this hotel because i wanted a child friendly hotel near all the amenities..

Well my god did they get it wrong!!It was the worst hotel i ever stayed in..

We were full board and my daughter was up all night with food poisoning the first night after eating there..

I asked for water for her the next morning and was told the breakfast was over so come back when the bar was open!!

We ventured down for food every day and could'nt eat any of it because it was so bad(stale)

We ate out all the time we were there at our own cost obviously..expensive when you have two kids with you and you have paid for full board..

We contacted 1800 hotels but did't get any help as they were already paid and didn't care about us!!

There was nothing around us only a few pubs that were in no way child friendly,there are some restaurants also but they close when its not busy which was the case when we were there..

Its about 30 mins to the centre of Benidorm on foot so we had to get a taxi every day,minimum 10 euros one way and we were going in twice a day for the 7 days because there was nothing to do around the hotel..

The hotel is not child friendly and are not helpful so don't think your going to get help if you need it.

The showers flood the room out each time you use them and theres no stopper for the bath..

There's no laundry service although it states it in 1800 hotel..

Overall you would be mad to go to this hotel for the price they charge,they should only cater for back packers who are not too fussy and just need a place to stay for the night..

This is not a 3 star hotel!!!
