Palm Court Apartments

We have just returned from a fortnights holiday at the Palm Court. My husband and I are in our 50"s and were swayed by the cheap price. BIG MISTAKE. The apartments although clean are extremely small, and while the staff are friendly, the stag and hen parties have taken over, staying there for 4 or 5 days, extremely noisy, (as one lot booked out another lot book in), Our room was directly over the front bar. The parties stay in the bar all afternoon till it closes before heading into "The Square" 100yds away. we have not had more than 1 hour of sleep per night and were counting down the days to return home from the beginning of our stay. Dont get me wrong, we have been coming to Benidorm for the last 15 years, but nobody mentions the fact that the Stag Parties have completely taken over these apartments. Not suitable for families, mature couples or anyone looking for a relaxing holiday BE WARNED

I went to palm court apartments on 3/11/11 with my friends and family. I thought the staff and the owners were wonderful and friendly. The beds and bedding were spotless the apartments were basic but clean had all utensils we needed.Our fridge broke while we were there and they replaced it within an hour of telling them. The apartments are in a great localation for beach and entertainment it was five mins walk to beach.
I would recommend these apartments as the staff are very friendly and also the snack bar has great food and good prices..
I would deffinatly go there again. Ann

Myself and my parner have just returned from a week at the Palm Court, Unfortunatly the room was terrible small dark an very basic. There was a couch in the main room that would of been more suited to a skip, it was filthy and ripped an we never sat on it. The balcony was all closed in with no views, and the walls where paper thin you could here everything next door and even people shouting in the bar area. We never spent time round the pool we just used another hotels pool as it was small and basic. To be fair the hotel staff where friendly and helpfull and it was in a good location but i would not stop there again even though it was resonably cheap to stay there.
My advice would be give it a miss

stayed here in sept and after some of the bad reviews was dreading it,have to say enjoyed my stay, was very basic but clean, the pool area was lovely, jose and gary couldnt do enough for you, best breaky in benidorm. Sala makes great coffee and is just lovely,semoe is also very nice and friendly, if your looking for a base near to everything with friendly staff then this is the place.if you need a microwave ask for it.

Room very small on ground floor booked a 2 bed apartment but it was more like a studio we needed a seperate lounge. Paid for air con then they switched it off until we told them we had paid for this Cockroach in bathroom Very noisy. Paper thin walls. Could do with a re_vamp.Certainly wont go there again it spoilt our holiday!!!!!!!!!!

We had our 'girlie' weekend in Benidorm last year staying at the Palm Court, we enjoyed it that much we went back this year, and we have already booked for next years 'girlie' trip.
The apartments are basic, but clean, it's great to have two bathrooms. Like other reviews have stated how long are you in the rooms!
Jess, her parents and other staff make you welcome and will do what the can to make your stay a great one.
I would recommend these apartments to anyone travelling to Benidorm. They are so close to beach, bars, shops etc.

Great location,2 mins walk from most things.Food is reosnable and tasty but good selection fo eating places and a supermsrket in easy reach.Can de noisy and needs air con butother things make up for it.

As the title suggests we didnt expect much from these apartments but im glad to say they were great, basic but clean and serviceable we had a room with two bathrooms seperate bedroom and a living room with kitchette but there are smaller rooms probably a 25/75 split toward smaller rooms, the pool area is very smart with a great family running the pool bar and snack area, its in a great position for the bars and clubs virtually 2mins away. Top apartments we would reccomend to anyone (were a married couple of 36). On a side note the apartments have no aircon but do provide a fan in every room, aircon is getting innstalled late 2010.

Stayed here for one week in June. Basic rooms but the friendliest place I have ever stayed in Benidorm. All the staff go out of their way for you. We absolutely loved it. Fantastic location, a 2 minute walk to the beach and all the night life. I would highly recommend for the party goers rather than families. The bars were run by Gary, Josie and Jess, a truly lovely family who love their job and it shows. This place is home from home. The meals are fab and very reasonable. Nothing is too much trouble at Palm Court. We plan without any doubt to return. Thank you for making our holiday so fantastic x
