went on 29nov till 28 feb 2008 appartments are opposite princesa hotel read those reviews for area, apt are very spacious and sunny, it is a residential block ,own pool(closed in winter mths) there is not a balcony but windows slide open, if on a sunny day it was a chilly breeze we laid on bed settee which was as good as going to the beach.
the porter was ok the rooms are very clean tv was spanish but we got a dvd and films from people we met. we booked the appt with pierre cohen who has a boutique on med ave rincon end,he was very helpful got us everything we wanted check out his site bookingfromhome.com also he wanted sterling so we had no money to change to euros. the holiday was fantastic would we go again yes without a doubt . 50yrds away was the whitches bistro nice people, good food, good price ,next to that was a sports bar , pasty shop lovely srolls . we had a few rainy days but overall the weather was good. forgot to say in the appt was washing mc cooker, microwave , heater plenty blankets etc ,large supermarket 200yds away so everything was at hand. would we go again yes next year
