It was the first time my wife and I have ever been abroad, and I don’t think we could have chosen a better place to go.
The cleanliness of the resort, the friendliness of the staff and the overall package was first class. Benidorm itself was really good with lots to see and do, a bit of a walk back to the apartments but a taxi also does the job, and not very dear either.
All in all a great time for our first time and we would definitely go back.

My husband and I stayed at the Terralta for the second time and we loved it again.
The rooms are clean and spacious with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Location is not so good for people with walking difficulties because of the long walk down to the nearest bar (good for us after all the food we'd eaten!!).
However there was a bus every hour and taxi's were only around 6 euro. We would definitely recommend these apartments. The pool is cold but gorgeous when sun is shining.
The tour operator we used were very efficient too. Overall an excellent holiday!!

The Terralta apartments were really really nice. Very clean, nice and relaxing.
The staff were really nice especially the bar staff who actually gave me a free ice cream as I used to buy about 4 a day(not much but a nice gesture).
The weather was nice and hot, air con worked perfect, easy to use.
It was a bit of a walk to the town but its not really a problem as there is always something to look at or a shop to look in.
I do recommend the Aqualandia water park and terra mitica theme park both booked through the rep at the hotel at a very good price.
Food was good with quite a bit to choose from. Plenty to do during the day and evening within the hotel and Benidorm as it is a short walk to the beach. They will call a taxi for you if you fancy being lazy like me.
The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because the entertainers were not all great, they were two Spanish girls on there first week so it wasn’t greatly organised, it was actually entertainment in its self at how bad they were. Think they were moving on at the end of the month though.
Overall it was a brilliant holiday and anyone thinking of going should go as it was excellent, I would defiantly go back to Terralta without a doubt.
So enjoy if you go!!!!

I went there with my daughter who is 10 and my friend with her son who is 4. I must say out of all the resorts I been to in Spain this one is definately the best yet. The rooms were spotless the staff were very friendly all spoke really good english. The entertainment was good, there was excellent entertainment for the children our kids really enjoyed spending time with them and joining in there activities.
The food was ok nothing special but it did the job. Taxis and buses were frequent the beach was 15 min walk, 2 mins on the bus or taxi which were both reasonable prices. They had their 5th anniversary when we were there so they gave everyone free beer, sangria with a buffet and some fun games. At night there was a free raffle with lots of prizes and the first prize was a weeks free accom back at the terralta which my friend and I won so as you can imagine we were well chuffed. So all in all marks out of 10. When asking my daughter where she would like to go next year she said "TERRALTA". See you all soon.

My partner and I have just had a week at the Terralta, we booked a last minute named on arrival deal, imagine our relief after we saw all the tower blocks in Levante that other people were dropped off at, when we arrived at the Terralta! We had a ground floor room in block one facing the pool.
The room was spotless, very roomy, and well equipped with appliances for self catering; the bathroom was excellent as well. As already mentioned the onsite shop was ok for basics.
The restaurant and bar were very good with not too bad a menu. All the waiters and staff were friendly and spoke better English than I speak Spanish. Reception was open 24 hours a day and sold English newspapers each morning.
The local bus stopped right outside though we never used it, preferring to walk downhill into town, and getting a taxi back which cost roughly 5 Euros. The pool was great with water features for the kids and a Jacuzzi section in it and plenty of sun loungers and also a poolside bar.
There also is an Adults only pool plus a gym and steam room, plus a large games room full of pool tables and electronic games downstairs in the main building.
The complex entertainment with Isaac and Liffy was constant with sporting activities in the day and quizzes, bingo in the evenings, with outside shows coming in a couple of nights - not West End quality but who cares.. You didn't have to watch it!
Happy Hour every night was very welcome... They had their Fifth Anniversary on our last day with free food, lager and Sangria and then a free raffle and show with fireworks
All in all we were both sad to leave the Terralta, and not only due to the fact that all the other hotels we passed paled into comparison, but because it was that good... If we do venture back to Benidorm again, the Terralta would be my first choice.

My wife and I have visited the terralta apartments on many occasions, and are regulars to benidorm on a whole.
On all our holidays at the Terralta we found that it was by far the best self catering holiday we have ever had, great views, fantastic pools and all staff had a superb attitude and were always happy to help!
the rooms were great; they were spotless and had everything we required for our stay.
The onsite laundrette was really handy too.
Although location was uphill, we found it very easy to get around as the bus stopped outside and was only one euro to travel. (taxis quite cheap also)
Didn’t really bother with the entertainment but seemed that there was plenty going on!
the food in the restaurant was more than adequate and it was cheap enough to eat there too. We often had our breakfast there.
All together we think that the terralta is the perfect holiday any time of the year with something for everyone and would highly recommend it. In fact were back there in three weeks time for a great family holiday in a large group. :o)

These apartments are fabulous. Really couldn’t believe it when we walked in our room.
The view was spectacular. Couldn’t be better. We were facing the pool on the top floor (which is the 3rd floor). Both pools were very clean.
The apartment was spotless and the maid came twice in the week that we stayed.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
A bus stopped right outside the apartments which took you to the square (where all the clubs and bars were) and that was only 1 euro.
There were lifts for every apartment block.
I would definitely go here again and would recommend to people of all ages.

I stayed in the Terralta apartments in January of this year, they were by far the most modern, spacious and cleanest apartments I have stayed in.
We had a great view of the pool even though it was a bit chilly, we used the indoor pool.
All the staff were friendly and helpful, giving us maps to go to certain places.
The apartments are on a bit of a hill down to the town but it wasn’t a problem, the bus is only 1 Euro into town and the taxis are cheap.
The shop in the hotel was fully stocked for whatever we needed.
Without doubt I would stay at the Terralta again.
Highly recommended!

We have just returned from the Terralta Apartments after spending New Year there.
Had a good New Years Eve in the bar, weather brilliant all week. I must say this being our third holiday this year, this was the worst.
What spoilt it was the view from our room a big brick wall with fencing round top, it felt like being in a prison for a week, a friend we met came for a drink in our room and could not believe it.
Also beware of the dog that barks non stop, every one was complaining. We where also annoyed that the cleaner left our patio door open after cleaning.
I would recomend the man u bar in town for food, the meals in there were the cheapest I have seen and they where lovely, bar staff friendly and do bingo and betting.
I asked for a chicken pie in Terralta bar and got a steak pie with mushrooms on top, which had gone all soggy as it had been warmed up in microwave and you got one little boiled potato with it.
I would go back to Benidorm but would not stay or recomend it to friends or family as most of the staff where miserable and so was entertainment.
This is the first time I have moaned about a holiday I have been on, as we are up for a laugh but you could not have one there.

First time ever stopped at the Teralta apartments, found staff fantastic and very helpful.
Christmas gala and New Year gala well worth a try, starts at lunch time and finishes early next morning.
Rooms very spacious and very clean, a must! Do a blanket trip and get the best fish and chips in Benidorm also the wine vineyards very cheap but effective.
Warning! to all fisherman and women do not go fishing on beaches and off rocks as the local police will remove from the area, as this is what happened to myself and son.
Celebrating Christmas and new year in with the staff is such a laugh and a lot of fun as you get to see them celebrate in the traditional way of life, and they make you very welcome and make you feel like one of there family.
Shopping facilities is very cheap and there is a lot of them too, if you like Chinese you have to visit the old town and go to the bottom near ponnete beach, it is just around the corner from Vincent’s the oldest bar n Benidorm (old town).

Hi were just back from the Terralta Apartments in Benidorm and we had a fabulous time.
When we arrived it was really heavy rain and we were disappointed obviously but the rest of the holiday the weather was lovely. The apartments were spotless with a nice bright décor, lots of room in them with all your home essentials; fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle etc.
Maid service was twice a week which we probably could have done with another change of towels. The staff were really friendly always willing to answer any questions, the entertainment wasn't that great especially the karaoke.
The pool was lovely, we were there with our daughter who's 2 and a half so we spent most days on the beach as she loved playing in the sand, the walk to the beach really isn't bad at all and we really enjoyed the walk.
The only thing I would say is we had to go to Levante nearly every night to eat as there isn’t a great choice of restaurants in Poniente. The restaurant in the Terralta was really nice and a lot of choice.
I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone, especially families that don’t want to be right in the middle of all the pubs and clubs.
