A well deserved 10/10!



My family were staying nearby and as I booked later I chose this hotel due to it being close by.



What a result!



The room was great (not the biggest but no complaint), spotlessly clean, superb location with many good restaurants and bars nearby.



Just can't fault this place at all.

What a fantastic holiday!!!!!!



Reception was efficient, food in restaurant was lovely, supermarket attached to apartments cheap with lots of variety. When around by the pool buy your drinks from the supermarket rather than the pool bar much cheaper.



Rooms were spotless cleaning staff thorough and friendly.



The entertainment team were fantastic they catered for very young children right up to adults. Lots and lots of activities to keep the kids occupied and get them to meet new friends. Adult entertainment shows every night, which were brill.



Woody Woodpeckers situated just outside the complex is excellent for breakfast and English type meals exceptional value for money. Other than that the Luna steakhouse opposite 'Bellevue' and the Shanghai Chinese restaurant down towards the beach have fab food. It’s worth a visit to one of the restaurants situated inside the harbour, lovely atmosphere there.



Definitely going back to this place very soon!!! Highly recommended.

From start to finish, we had a fabulous holiday. We booked with panorama, and received great service. We flew with Monarch Airlines, which was a refreshing experience. The staff and food were brilliant.



Now for the best, we arrived at the hotel, and as usual there is a rush to check in, there were ample staff at reception to deal with everyone, it took us no more than 10 mins to check in.



The rooms were compact, but to great surprise, there was loads of storage space. Spotlessly clean. There was a card introducing your cleaning person, and noting her days off, (so you could keep an allowance of towels- which I must add didn’t matter as a quick ring to reception sorted that problem out).



They have a restaurant, with the most efficient waiters, whether you were eating or drinking, service was with a smile.



Next but definitely not least the entertainment crew, what can I say but I was blown away, and I could write a 10 page essay on them. They were genuine and really interested in the kids. They had all day entertainment for the adults and kids, which concluded with a show every night.



To conclude, on our last night there were hugs all around, and with tears in their eyes the kids begged to go back next year. 100% to go to Viva Sunrise, as a fantastic venue and 100% for staff & entertainment.
