Absolute dump. Felt like crying as soon as I got there, counted down the days til I got to leave, NOT how a holiday should be! Bedroom door didn't close, walls were dirty- including a big dirty brown hand print on the main wall, boke-, floors were dirty, couch was broken, feck all utensils in the 'kitchenette', the shower railing collapsed one day mid shower. You could blow open the patio doors. Up a hill from the beach & main stuff, footpath always covered in dog poo which, as you can imagine, smelt delightful in the heat! Near a karaoke bar, hell every night. Noisy neighbours. Only sleep we got was on the beach. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Grand maybe if you're going out & gettin full every night but not for me! I think we maybe got sheets & towels changed once or twice in 2 weeks. Pool area tiny, pretty pointless to be honest. Oh & the travel agent tols us about this great show the mayor's wife puts on..... yeah- turned out to be a certain type of show involving a lady of a certain age & ping pong balls (according to the poster, thanks be to god we never actually went!!)

the MARC apartments are a disgrace and are not as advertised. the apartments are not secure it was apparant from the cracks, foot prints and busted lock the door had been kicked in several times.Upon entering the illequipped appartment you are greeted with a stale damp smell which is particularly poignant in the toilate area. The balcony/sun terrace was secured with a metal chain and padlock. The sliding doors will not open unless you are willing to pick them up and move them your self. once on the balcony you can enjoy views over the opposite buildings car park.we were booked to stay for two weeks but didnt last a hour we were shown annother room in the block which was larger in size but in just as bad condition. needless to say we moved to alternative accomodation. booked throgh follies vacancies who do not provide a maid and are reluctant to give back deposite!
