small place, no sign outside door to know where I was staying, every time we were taking the taxi , the taxi driver was taking us to another hotel, at Magali ammos which was fantastic by the way
small swimming pool ans small rooms, negative energy from the owners when ever we were asking for clean towers.
The travel agent had conviced us that is "so near " to the beach, to the skiathos city
It s a place I dont reccomment,no need to stay while at the same time you can find better places , same or cheaper
And yes we need a clean tower every 2 days, like all normal people

i stayed there last july
it s not the place they described to us
we wanted to stay at Angeliki beach studios and allthough we asked the travel agent if this is the same place he said lies to us
angelikibeach is on the Megali ammos
this is a place on the road, too noisy, a garden and nice people , but not view at all, of course not sea view
i reccommend to people before making a reservation to ask
thank you

We stayed at the Angelika Studios in June this year and were so impressed and pleased with our holiday that we went back again in Sept for another wonderful week. Julia, Alex and the boys made us so welcome as did Angelika and Yiannis her husband, we will certainly be going back again sometime next year. The place is clean and well kept, the bar is great and the pool safe and clean everything you could wish for on a holiday.

We stayed for a week at these lovely studios in July this year. We would like to thank everyone for making our stay very enjoyable and for their welcome.
We stayed in room 15 which was very peaceful and away from the road every thing was very clean and the bar and pool area was very relaxing and friendly. Greek night to be recommended!
Skiathos is a beautiful island. This lovely family run accommodation made it all the more enjoyable many thanks.

We have just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable week in Skiathos - this is the most friendly, welcoming holiday location.
The apartments are basic but very clean and sheets, towels etc are changed regularly.
They are run by the most fantastic family - Alex, Julia and their lovely little boys, the cleaner Ellie is also lovely and extremely hard working, nothing is too much trouble and if there is anything you need to know about the island, from eating out to bus times they are there to help you.
If you are planning on a relaxing holiday this is the place - we literally spent a week lazing by the pool!!
I can really recommend the Greek night at the studios - it really is a family affair and I think the highlight for us ( apart from the delicious food ) was watching the boys Greek dancing.
My children were so sad to come home they are 15 and 11 and both felt extremely at home at these studios, especially my son who made friends with the boys.
We will be looking to go back in the next year. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

I've been to Skiathos 3 times and it’s never disappointed me, the third time I stayed at the Angelika Studios which I could highly recommend. I went with 3 friends.
The rooms were basic as are all apartments in Greece, but still clean.
The pool was very good, Angelika herself works very hard, I don’t know when she sleeps because we came back from a night out and found her up very early in the morning.
The cleaner is very nice and also worked very hard, everyone was very welcoming. As the comment below states ‘staff come in your room without knocking' this was never the case, or was the rules about fans or lights mentioned.
Yes it a bit of a walk into Skiathos town but no more than 10 minutes, it’s also not far from shops and bus stop.
I can only say that our stay here was pleasant and enjoyable!

I stayed at Angeliki Studios with 2 friends in 2003.
The accommodation was basic, but clean, maid service was daily.
Angeliki herself worked every hour God sends, even operating the small bar & restaurant. She was very welcoming.
The only drawback for us was that it was on the ring road & that means a bit of a walk into town.
We had none of the problems with fans & lights mentioned elsewhere.
Children were discouraged from splashing in the small pool as this meant the already overworked Angeliki had to sweep it to avoid anyone else slipping. Fair enough, I’d say.

We (4 adults and one 10year old) went to the Angelika Studios in August 2003, the rooms are very small, very dark and to be honest a bit dirty.
There is a maid service every other day however it is not fantastic to say the least.
We and others we spoke to thought the apartments were not value for money.
The managers of the apartments were rude and shouted at the children for splashing and playing in the pool.
You are also not allowed to use the fan and lights between 8am - 8pm - the manager will come in (without knocking) and turn them off while you are in the room.
I would have to say that staying here did make the holiday less enjoyable.
However Skiathos it’s self is a fantastic island, the beaches are fab (and lots to choice from) and the night life is also good. We hired bikes while we were there to get around the island which I would recommend - about £120.00 for 2weeks but well worth it. The food in the centre is nice and cheep and so is the beer.
I would definitely go back to Skiathos but would not go back to the Angelika studios even if it was free.

My partner and I stayed at the Angelika and whilst the accoommodaton is basic, the rooms are clean, the service and hospitality were second to none. We've visited Skiathos many times and have found this the perfect base. We'd love to go back this year, however can't find their contact details or a tour operator who is featuring Angelika, can anyone help?
