we stayed here end august, pool was never cleaned, dirt in grid around pool, told rep and nothing was done about it. food all inclusive was never hot, poor choice, milk in jug standing in bowl of ice. we have been going with firstchoice for 11 years and this is the worst... more

Stayed 10 nights in these apartments and it was a nightmare. we were all inclusive but had to pay £40 deposit for any breakages...2.50 a day for tv..£10 deposit for tv remote..£2.50 a day for the safe..£3 for the air conditioning..etc...etc...food was very very... more

heya i thort this hotel was brilliant because the bar staff ( ruben ) was very palite and never was rood the sites was amazing to see and the rooms was ok wasnt the best but part from the food and the rooms it was a brilliant holiday.

we stayed at the levante beach apartments in sept 2009 on a self catering basis. these apartments were described on the first choice website as having air conditioning, however we had to pay 30euros deposit plus 5 euros per day for it, which was certainly not mentioned when... more

had a good time nice and clean only problem was my granddaughter was sleep walking and she banged her knee into the glass doors the glass cracked and she cut her knee it was not a hard bang but the glass should have been reinforced glass i dont think it was she is only 11... more

amazing holiday from logicneil
just got back from staying at the levante beach apartments in june 2007 booked with first choice .the accomodation was very clean, basic self catering holiday room was great ,maid service every couple of days, the pool was great cleaned daily .the reception staff was excellent really friendly the location was in a quite area just 5 mins stroll to to beach.just a foot step away from three bars which cater for everyone .will definatly be back more

Very clean apartment. Facilites, whilst not anything like luxurious they were very good value for money. All staff were friendly and helpful. Views from the 14th floor 'balcony' were spectacular, taking in vast areas of Benidorm. Also because the balcony went round 3 sides of the building there wasn't any time it was in the shade. Would definitely stay again. more

just got back yesterday (6th august 2005) these apartments were lovely nice and clean, towels and bedding changed twice a week and cleaned very well. food was presented well and staff helpful and friendly .short hill up to apartments but close to beach and amenaties.security guard on site at night time made us feel secure. balconys to 2 bedroom apartments were very big and swimming pool was lovely. enjoyed loal bars near by and in the british square i would not hesitate to recomend these apartments to anyone more

Stayed at the apartments for 2 weeks, quite a few problems which were not fixed after reporting to rep on first day had to wait a week then report them again to reception, someone there in a few hours. Apartments were clean enough and staff were very friendly. Very close to beach, and other attractions. Would probably not go back to Benidorm as I think we saw everything there was to see. On the whole had a good time. more

booked this place at last minute, didn't know what to expect after hearing so much about Benidorm, absolutely fabulous place. Levante Beach Apts were excellent. Clean, helpful staff and just down a slight hill to the beach planning on going back october

Great apartments, great people, very hot, lovely meals ( English & spanish ones!!) A little hilly for me, but could rest in each and every bar on way to apartments. Beach is lovely and very clean, just spoiled by people smoking & putting cigs out in sand!! Take an empty pop bottle like me & dispose of cig ends. We went with 17 gals for a hen party, and had a whale of a time. Saw Chubby Brown ( woody) and, not for faint hearted, saw sticky Vicky. 3rd to the 10th July 2004. Got back yesterday, and what a shame we had to leave. Ideally situated, just a short walk to the sea front, and lots of bars on the way. With good entertainment. The apartments are lovely and clean, though it is a high rise, and we were on the 9th floor with our 3 kids, 9, 8 and 3. Lovely size swimming pool, with place for the kids to jump in to the pool. Also a small childrens pool. All the staff were friendly, apartment could have done with a kettle, as it took ages to boil water on the cooker. Nice to visit... more
