Majorca Beach Hotel - Magalluf

i went there in may with my younger brother he is 61 and i am 65 lol lovely hotel nice staff etc had no major noise and we were out every night or morning till 4 even asked to leave two bars as they wanted to go home lightweights ha ha anyhow only made breakfast once but cannot fault the food it was excellent

as with other reviews found my 1 week stay to be a HOLDAY FROM HELL.could not fault cleaning staff restaurant staff food reception but the whole description of our holiday was totally incorrect....in seeing in the thomas cook brochure the description of our stay felt it was what my wife and i (both 55)wanted...how wrong we were

Majorca beach was my worse holiday ever. Was meant to be a hotel room that sleeps 4 ADULTS!! The room had 2 singles pushed together a small camp bed n a pull out bed with a sponge mattress. Would of been so cramped it is lucky our friend couldn't come last minute or we would be in a right mess!!! What was suppose to be a self catering hotel, all we had was a fridge. No toaster, No oven, No grill, No microwave. No air con at all throughout the holiday, i couldnt leave the balcony door open as people where always climbing over our barrier onto our balcony and throwing glass bottles on our balcony and smashed all over. I stepped out 1 morning and cut all the underneith of my foot which was very painfull. The staff was so rude to us, and considering it was meant to be a 18-30 hotel the staff should be use to looking after younger people let alone young rowdy people. We spent all our time out of the hotel and only slept there!!!
Never ever stop there again.

went on holiday for my 18th birthday choose this hotel because we were told its full of 18-30's which it is, but the waiters are rude and the hotel is strict, me and my friends were noisy once and we wernt even that loud and we got a 100 euro fine stright away we didnt even get a first warning, and their was also other young people getting fines too for silly reasons even tho their was a young couple batting each other in the hallway screaming and crying and they told us they got kicked out of the hotel which they didnt cause we seen them round the pool, the food was eatable but the waiters were rude giving you dirty looks, i would go to magaluf agen but i will deffiently choose a different hotel

To start with had to wait a few hours as our room wasn't ready the rooms themselves are quite small but can accommodate 3 adults quite easily,Most rooms have sea front views and the hotel has a nice pool and outside area with stage(which was never used),Bad Points its a 18-30 crowd swearing loud music fighting people throwing water /**** and anything else they can get there hands on, use condoms littered the stairwells are all things I witness in my time there and the arrogant and ignorant staff simply don't give a toss.The buffet whiles there's enough to satisfy the biggest of appetites the standard of cooking is quite poor with the hotel more or less holding you to ransom with drinks ''you cant bring your own drinks NOT EVEN WATER that's brought on there own complex!!!! you have to leave it outside and pay there ridiculer prices. whether you have kids or not stay away from this hotel

im just back from here with 12 of my friends, had an amazing time ! fun lively hotel wouldnt recommen coming here if your no up for partying as quite nosey at night, loved it and dying to get back !

Our holiday 9th oct had half board, lovely food good choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thr room was big cleaned every day. Wonderful location for shops night life and beech. Would highly recommend.

just got back today two adults and six year old child was a great holiday great hotel dont listen to bad reveiws see for yourself yes not the poshest of hotels but your not paying for a five star little boy loved it plenty to do great entertainers loved it probs go back next year

Lovely Hotel, clean, nice food in the hotel and the staff are lovely.The pool areas are lovely and right on the beach front. But the hotel is full of the 18-30 got not respect for any one or any thing brigade, the security staff cannot cope with the amount of problems in this hotel, yes some groups do get kicked out of the hotel but are only replaced by others. Thomas Cook need to sort this hotel out they shoild not book familys, couples or OAPs in here its A nightmare hotel take my advice go to another hotel

Has the tital states OMG - Family Hotel....i dont think so, but its not the hotel fault, as the manager stated its Thomas Cook who sling anyone into these rooms, regardless of age, groups etc....
The hell started when we arrived at the airport, we landed 15mins early, bonus we thought, oh dont be fooled, the reps or Thomas Cook didnt have a coach waiting for any of us, we booked it about 6 months before we flew and the Big Tour operator didnt relise this, did they?? we had to wait for about a hour and half for the coach to turn up then when we eventually got on the rep went off somewhere not to be seen for another half hour.....but the holiday went from bad to worse, not much wrong with the hotel to be honest just the information what we was sold as a family hotel is just a pack of lies, nothing on at all for the kids, we couldnt get round the pool for the 18/20's who was sat round swearing talking about what pills they will be popping down there neck, we went to the room and we got bottles of wee thrown over their balconys with everything else what you can imagine, they was letting off fire extinguers......nothing was done!!! then the night came and from 11 noise noise noise....young ones going out, then the idiots coming in thinking there still at BCM's....i went out to a set of idiots and told them to turn the music a little down which they did then it was all the corridor in the room next to ours.....i know what Magaluf is all about and i go there when am away on a gilrs holiday, so this isnt a rant on the place or really the hotel its a rant on a a well renound tour company selling you a load of lies......family hotel...no its DEFINATLY NOT............
