Ozcelic Hotel

When I booked the Ozcelik Hotel, I should have read more about this Hotel.
The Hotel rooms are small (so do not take your cat to swing about) but are very, very clean and have smart decor.
The bed's are rather hard and the Pillows... well do not try to fold them in half...
One tip bring your own towels... I did not and ended up buying my own.... as the towels are not good at all.... an experience for the first time I tried to get dry after a shower.
Also bring your hairdryer if you need to do any kind of styling
The rooms are supposed to have a mini bar … but empty and you are not supposed to bring food or drink into the hotel… there is a note in side the fridge warning you that all food or drink found in the room will be removed!
The safe in your room will only open if you pay 2Euro per day for the privilege.
I had booked on a half board basis and I wish I had not... the breakfast was typical for the country and acceptable... if you like Salad and olives for breakfast (which I don’t mind) but for a 4* hotel it was a joke.... the hotel was not fully booked for the first 2 days but after that quite a large number of guests... the Dinner at night was not great at all and no roof terrace restaurant at all.... saying that.... the salad was ok, and the desserts wonderful... but the main course was not for a 4* standard at all..... One choice only.... you either liked it or not.... you are better to just book B&B and have dinner at night in one of the many very good restaurants.
Beware of the traffic noise and overall thin walls (not recommended for passionate couples:) unless you want to entertain the rest of the hotel)
The pool is very small and cold.. Most of the day it is in the shade.
The sun terrace is quite windy... and due to the traffic not very relaxing... but acceptable…
The staff is friendly and very helpful….. overall this hotel only deserves a 3* maximum
