We booked our holiday very last minute, and were told great things about the hotel, and general area. Saw some pictures on a website of the hotel and thought it looked great so went ahead with it.
Along with the other comments nobody could complain about the staff as they were always friendly and helpful which in my mind is a big help towards your relaxation on a holiday.
Bedrooms - Cleaned daily but no double beds in hotel just twin rooms. very old furniture, and a broken shower unit, our balcony was about double the size of a standard shower so no room for chilling out and even if you wanted to there was branched of trees invading your space.
Food - Very basic seemed like all we were eating was turkey in a different sauce every night for dinner, lots of different salad which was nice. Went for breakfast once, was shockingly bad. Lunch was ok at times. But there are many nice restaurants near by which serve great food at as they say themselves "cheaper like Asda price".
Entertainment - At dinner there was the famous local man with his keyboard and demonstration button. Which got a bit boring after 2 nights. but there was a Turkish style river dance show on one evening followed by a belly dancer.
Beach - No sand just little gritty stones, similar to what is dashed on the roads when its snowing or icy which cut through your feet after a while.

Some aspects of the hotel were very good, some of the staff were very helpful and friendly, but it helped if you were female.
Hotel was very clean, but the biggest disappointment, had to be the food! We ended up eating out quite a bit and when you are all-inclusive it says it all! Yes the salads were nice, if you beat the rush and managed to find some cucumber at lunch. Almost nil fruit, I remember having some water melon at dinner, but none offered at any other meal time. I wasn't expecting bacon & eggs and I do go to sample the local fayre, but the choice most mornings was a spam like ham and a rather bland cheddar, which sums up pretty much all of the Galleria food.
Oh, and then there was the noise. Our balcony was 2-3 rooms back from the main strip and if you like partying every night till 1-2am, then book em up Danno!
Did I mention the evening entertainment? If you like Pan pipes played on the keyboard (Chappie made use of the demonstration button, so didn't even have to play music!) then this is for you.
People say you get what you pay for, well we paid over the odds and what was supposed to be a cheap holiday, cost us considerably more than if we had of paid £100-200 more elsewhere.

First impressions Fawlty Towers but boy were we wrong. This hotel is run by lovely friendly staff the rooms were very clean bedding and towels changed everyday.
The little details the owner and staff go to the trouble to do are exceptional. Most people around the pool were on at least their third visit. One couple were on the seventh visit which says a lot. The location is perfect, food is healthy Turkish and fresh. If you like salads you can’t go wrong but you can go out for the odd meal at a very low price.
Pool good size and warm and beautiful on an evening when they set the tables around the pool for dinner and have the fountains on. On the whole a lovely holiday and we hope to return in September.

On booking the hotel for an all-inclusive holiday at a self catering price I had low expectations for the Park Galleria Hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised by the following:
Rooms: very clean with sheets and towels changed on a daily basis, enough storage, fridge, safe, good size bathroom with hairdryer and continuous hot water.
Staff: friendly and always on hand to assist in any way.
Food: basic but great if you wanted healthy eating. We ate out on a few occasions at local restaurants for about £10 which included starters, main meal and a few drinks.
Drink: local alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, vodka etc), soft drinks, tea and coffee available.
Entertainment: A local musician plays the organ every evening which means you can relax and chat.
Location & grounds: set just a few minutes walk from the beach on the main street, close to all amenities (most external noise stopped at 12am).
The pool and grounds were spacious and there were plenty of sun beds, and an outside bar with shaded seating area. The hotel is ideal for couples and groups of friends but there is only the pool and table tennis to amuse children. I loved the resort, beautiful views, plenty to do and see at very reasonable charges and would be happy to return to the hotel for a future holiday.

Rooms basic but very clean. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food was very good. In fact it surpassed the Marti La Perla where we once stayed. In my mind its above that hotel for staffing, food and value for money.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone, if fact my sister-in law is going to Turkey for the first time and staying there .

We stayed at the Galleria Park Hotel in Icmeler last year. It was the start of the season.
We found the staff pleasant, helpful and smart. The rooms were cleaned every day. The first night we arrived we found our room facing the main street and up 2 flights of stairs. We asked to be moved as we had a 2-year-old child. This was no problem at all and they arranged for all our luggage to be sent to our new room immediately. The food was good and again, the waiters and chefs clean, tidy and pleasant.
The hotel itself is brilliantly situated. It is just minutes away from the beach. There is a pool with a bar.
We had a great holiday and met many nice people, several of which we stay in touch with. The only problem we did have, which is common in Turkey, is staff pestering you to come in and eat/drink at their restaurant. However, the beautiful scenery is well worth all the hastle! I would recommend this hotel to couples.
If you have children then there is nothing at the Hotel to occupy them.

My boyfriend Barry and I were looking for an all inclusive holiday to any hot destination and decided upon going to Icmeler in Turkey for 7 nights.
Looking at the hotel on their website, we had great expectations about Galleria Park hotel.
After arriving at the hotel from the airport (which was 1hr 30 mins ride) we checked ourselves in. We were promised a double bed in our room, but were surprised that the hotel only provides twin beds. The room was however of a standard size with a very small balcony which didn't really have a view because of all the trees and branches in the way. The room had very old furniture (80's decade) and broken lights and a broken shower unit.
The swimming pool is of a normal size and can sometimes become overcrowded by all the guests there. The local beach isn't very pleasant because of the stones which try to compensate for the sand which is missing.
I was looking forward to the sort of food which would be served for lunch and dinner, but was disappointed to find that it was only a repeat of turkey and rice/chips. There was however a nice selection of salad. Nevertheless I would recommend the local restaurants which serve delicious meat dishes and popular cocktails. One in particular called 'sweet brothers' (don’t let the name put you off) they provide excellent service too.
We made full use of the bar in the hotel which is free up until 11pm. I recommend the raki! The bartenders were always friendly and entertaining, but spoke very little English.
Other entertainment included a guy on a keyboard who would play all sorts of music from local Turkish songs to Titanic for all the romantics out there!
