We stayed at the Picasso hotel in February and found it very centrally located just a short walk from the main train/bus station, where we picked up a tour bus.
Breakfast in the morning was a choice of cereal/bread and jam but was lovely.
The rooms were small but had their own bathroom and TV.
There was a nice restaurant across the road. All in all a good budget hotel.
