What a great hotel in a wonderful location. Only a 20 min walk from Vatican City we walked through a real slice of Roman life with local street cafes, markets, amazing deli’s from which you could take away and have picnics in the local park. The breakfast was gorgeous with friendly staff and a good hot and cold buffet.
The local taxi’s to my amazement were very cheap and when we just got too tired to walk anymore they were a welcome sight! This must be the most impressive city in the world and the pizzas in Trastavere are to die for and at only 6 Euros for a pizza and a half litre of wine no-one will go hungry! This hotel has it all, lovely rooms, very spacious by Roman standards and an outdoor pool which is open from June - Oct. We booked through Expedia and had a great 6 days there. Would recommend it to all.
