Whilst a little impersonal, the Hotel is immaculate. The room was comfortable & indeed homely with a large balcony looking directly onto the beach. The position of the hotel is ideal for touring the island.



Entertainment is as might be expected very limited but pleasant (an accomplished pianist playing a wide variety of music in the cocktail bar).



Parking is limited & off-site at additional cost, the staff collecting your car at the door.



Overall impression however very good and the ambience of the hotel thoroughly relaxing.



One slight negative is perhaps the lack of privacy on the bedroom balcony, otherwise facilities excellent & staff efficient.

Travelling in January, we booked a very cheap break in a 5 star hotel, flying from our local airport Durham-Tees Valley. As there were so few people staying there, we felt like royalty.



We were the only users of the indoor pool. Hotel is on a bus stop into Palma City so saved on taxi fares. Thoroughly recommended out of season - it was so warm we walked straight out of the hotel lobby onto the beach and the breakfasts were the best we have ever had!
