a lovly hotel excellent location the entertainment staff were great, but the other staff wer`nt so friendly, the pool area was very noisy with loud music all day a bit annoying when having a siesta , just 2 mins down the road is the carabel pub great night entertainmet, ask for phil he`s a great singer,

Advice: lovly place

Activities: carabel pub, the florida ice cream bar, the hacienda

Advice: Beautiful place with gorgeous beaches.

Activities: Pirates night out. Walking around the Marina at night.

Saga rep said buffet would be available on arrival at4pm.....but not so. Rooms small and beds very small,low and with poor quality mattresses and linen. Sheets did not stay on bed so ended up sleeping on mattress...not hygienic. Food poor quality... read more
