Booked a Club room with 4 beds and upon arriving was allocated a room with 3. We don't so much blame the Tour Operator but the hotel. Everything at this hotel is done on the cheap to maximize profits, extort more money out of the unsuspecting holiday... read more

the hotel ıs nıce, but the rooms are bloody awful the food ıs very lımıted to our requırements. they only cater for turkey, spanısh, russıans and germans, loads of pıckled salad stuff the only thıngs we enjoyed was the chıps and burgers

this is the worst customer service i have ever recieved.The staff are awful had to wait 15 to 20 mins to get a drink every night.And the food was awful too.
