Well we booked this at the last minute and picked a 5 star hotel, fully exclusive, just to be on the safe side. How wrong we were. I don't normally write reviews because I often find them one sided and biased, but I just had to let you know what you are letting yourself in... more

Very disappointing first and last holiday with Thomas Cook. Myself and my partner originally booked for a week at the Mira Luna, Bodrum. After reading up on bad reviews about the hotel and speaking to staff in your customer services they agreed that this hotel was awful. We... more

I've just returned from green beach and I should say it was completely designed for russians who are really rude, impolite and selfish. They respect for nothing and no one and think just about themselves. we arrived at 7 am and was told to wait for our rooms and this... more

After reading the reviews already written about this hotel I didnt think it could possibly be as bad as people were saying it was, but after spending a week within this resort I completely agree with all the bad remarks made. This hotel states it is a 5* but there is no way... more

Well this is the third time me and my family have been to this resort! The first 2 times it was fantastic, and this year the standard has gone down slightly but still had a fab holiday! Its been taken over by Russians but think our biggest problem was the time we went. ... more

We changed our room after the first night due to the noise from the Disco and echo of voices from the reception area, the reception staff moved us to a quieter room at the rear of the hotel in one of the side wings which changed our holiday. The room was very nice and was... more

Go at your peril-Literally your life in their hands!!!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, don't go. If you have already booked, take my advice & get something else instead. & dont believe a thing the travel agent tells you. This hotel looks impressive in the lobby but unfortunetly thats where it ends. The rooms are filthy, we paid for four guests all-inclusive but only got 3 beds. We spent the majority of our 1st week in reception TRYING to complain but mostly being completely ignored, they literally look straight through you & dont seem to understand the word excuse me! Neither the air con nor the... more
Beware of Scam
The hotel resort was excellent and clean. The food was very good and even though out of season there was decent entertainment provided. The staff were friendly and generaly courteous. All went well until the day before we were due to leave - the receptionist informed us and several other guests (from the UK) that we would have to vacate the room by 12 noon, in which case we would have only had 6 nights of our 7 night holiday. They told us that we would have to pay an additional £40 to keep the room until 6 a.m the following day... more
resort hotel in lovely location
This hotel is set in a pine forest adjacent the main road between Bodrum and the airport. The journey from the airport takes 30 minutes. The hotel is all inclusive and standards at the hotel including food and service are extremely high. The entrance to the hotel is particularly impressive. The hotel is more a resort as everything you need is within the hotel. Accommodation is set in blocks of apartments and because the hotel/resort is set on a steep slope down to the sea this may result in climbing many steps or steep slopes... more
Come On
We visited this hotel, wasnt very long time just 3 days but from what I can gather I simply dont understand what everybody is moaning about. It was cheap, views are stunning, food is hot, location is relatively perfect for peace and quite (day time animation by the main pool, and night club under the main building). Stuff did nearly everything to please us because we treat them with respect unlike a group who was trying to drum and bango their way to the bar 2 am and swearing to the night staff. So all in all to my opinion it was a well... more
Good for kids, adults may find tedious
I took my two boys here in August 2006. The journey from Bodrum airport (at night) was quite a distance and as a lady (and a confident one at that) travelling with two children, it was quite dauntling as the journey is on long dark winding roads (but lovely scenery during the day). On arriving at the hotel first impressions were what a beautiful reception. However the bungalow was very disappointing, basic - only had two beds, and had two squeeze a third bed in (Which we waited an hour for (during the night). There was not even... more
Awful - dreadful!
This was the worst holiday I have ever had! As a single woman with a child - some of the male staff were inappropriate especially with underage girls. The food was ok, the location was ok but it was remote. There were a number of fights between many russians who stayed there and the police were called a number of times. Alcohol was being served to young children and the only English people who were happy there were the ones who drank alot and didn't mind waiters being suggestive with their children!
Amazing Resort
At the price we paid we expected a very basic 5* hotel, we were fully aware of the variation in 5* quality and prices, having been quoted nearly double and triple the £340 Per person we paid for the Green Beach, but all I can say is, we were pleasantly surprised. The Hotel staff we very attentive and made you feel very welcome. The food had lots of variation, and it was all fresh and very tasty. Daytime snacks were fantastic and we never even knew they were included. We were staying in the Club rooms, which we basic but perfectly... more
Fantastic
What can I say! We arrived at the Green Beach Resort and were instantly pleased with what we saw. The reception gave us the option of a balcony room which was perfect as we are balcony lovers! On our first night, we stayed local and went to the pool bar. The staff were all so so lovely and helpful....really friendly! I met the guy who did the cabaret nights and he pulled me down for the show that night. It was so so funny :o) I was Miss England and I won!!! From that night, we managed to make friends with all the bar and... more

I stayed in this lovely hotel a week with my girl friend and spent my best holiday here. I thought my self in a peradise! Me and my girl friend spent lovely wonderful days and nights. Foods, service, animations everything was perfect. ı will go Turkey and Bodrum Greenbeach hotel next year again. I recomend this hotel everyone, every couple, every lovers and friend.
Had a great time!
First of all I would like to say to all the people complaining that it isn't a 5*- COME OFF IT! Do you really expect a 5* hotel with how much you payed to stay there?! That is naive-in life you get what you pay for and for what we payed we had a lovley time. We returned from the Green Beach last week. The hotel itslef is impressive- beautiful views, pools, buildings etc. During the day wew were never stuck for things to do as it was generally a relaxing place to be. I am so shocked that people are claiming that the music around the pool... more
