This accommodation was a last minute switch by Thomas Cook.
Views from the beach are great, hotel is clean and most of the staff friendly - but the management are not helpful. We found the hotel could not cope with all-inclusive and had a complex schedule of when drinks were free - and this only related to gin, vodka and raki. Fizzy drinks were flat and alcoholic drinks watered down. Entertainment in the night poor. Dolmus to Bodrum frequent and only about 60p.
No lifts so difficult for disabled and prams. Mistakes made on bills.

Just Returned 1 week ago. Hotel very clean, staff nice & friendly this was last minute choice. Food was awful went from half board to b& b there was nothing for the kids to eat. they use a card system with mistakes being made all the time no cash is used around the club bars/restaurants very open to fiddles.
The entertainment was awful, the amphitheatre in the evening was deafening and the lighting around it was very poor, you can still hear the music after midnight from the other end of the complex it was that loud.
2nd week we were there they put all the drinks & food up ice creams for kids very expensive. Local Dolmus into Bodrum very efficient & cheap, Bodrum itself very nice good food& drink at good prices. A very nice clean town with no rubbish or graffiti around well worth a visit if around the harbour try Ali Babas cafe excellent food & service all round from mustafa & staff.
