After reading reviews about ongoing renovations at this hotel we were a bit concerned. But we were more than pleased.
The rooms were of a good size, clean and with everything that you needed, although the lack of milk, powered or otherwise, was a bit annoying when you wanted a drink. Luckily a fellow traveller had powered milk.
We only eat breakfast but this was very good, choices of fruit juices, cereals. Pastries. Fresh fruit scrambled eggs with bacon. Cooked breakfasts can be ordered and paid for as an extra.
The hotel was in an excellent location amongst many shops designer and tourist and lots of good restaurants.
I would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel on future visits to Venice.
