Santa Chiara Hotel

Dear Friends, I'm really sad in reading this review. Our room at the 4th Floor are very big for Europe. There is a king-size bed in it plus a sofa bed and a roll-away bed. This room have also three windows overlooking the Small Canal (Rio Nuovo) and the Gardens Papadopoli. Concerning the Bugs, I can assure you that this is impossible. We constantly clean and wash moquette, beds, carpets and everything else we have in our rooms. If you have something in your harm and face is for sure a problem with what you eated the evening before, probably a bad fish or an old salsa. I'm sorry for that, but it's not our fault!!! Every room is very very clean, we check them everyday. I'm at your disposal for any other question, thank you and have a nice day.

Dear Friend, We are sorry for the late reply to your review. If you check our web site you will see that Hotel Santa Chiara and his annex Residenza Parisi are sold as same thing, because they are the same thing!!! The services are the same in both buildings and the rooms in the annex are very very big (about 25 meter square+bathroom). The annex is 100 meters far from the main building (not 3 blocks) and we have a porterage service for the bags. If you book directly with us you can tell your preference and choose the main building or the annex, thing that you cannot do if you book through a TO or a web site. In any case when you arrive at the hotel you can change your room, but if we have availability left!!! In effect we propose you the room that was available in the main building when you told us that you didn't like the annex. If you tell us your preference in advance we will be happy to reserve your preferred room. Every TO and Web site should write clearly that we have this annex. If someone don't write anything about Residenza Parisi please let us know directly, we will call them and amend the information. we don't want any misunderstanding about that! Concerning the limo I can tell you for sure that you are wrong, there is no limo service in Venice!!! Probably the taxi was a bit better than the standard one, but the price is the same. In any case we are not responsible for the public transportation service.
