The rooms are a fair size and clean and tidy.The hotel is close to lots of little restaurants. I will say that its one of the most expensive places I have visited though so be warned.
Its inevitable that you will lose your way in Venice as every street looks the same. Its like a rabbit warren, but you will always come across something you recognise in the end so don't panic. Its nice to stroll around as there are lots of little interesting shops.
I would recommend this hotel as its reasonably priced considering where it is situated.
A good tip is to look up- there are no street signs but every now and then you will spot yellow boards with the name of land marks or squares and arrows to point you in the right direction. These are often above windows or doors- close to the corners of buildings.
Advice: one of the most unusual places I have seen
