The hotel was reasonably clean, the staff are helpful but it helps to be able to talk some Italian as not all of them can speak much in other languages. You can arrange day tours through the hotel which I would highly recommend. I have read a lot of bad reviews about Naples... more

Unkind and indifferent

I was surprised to know this hotel has 4 stars. Staff members are unkind and indifferent. They are not willing to help for anything. The walls and doors are thin, we heard all conversation through them. ( next door guest complaind that we are listening our TV too loud, but the TV noise came from the other side of our room! I saw a Japanese tour conductor was told he can not use the safe because the safety boxes are full. ( There are no safety box in the room) After the dinner at the dining room, they do not serve cappuccino. We have to go to bar to have one.

Hotel has a pool which is a bonus, otherwise not very impressed. The breakfast was pretty poor as well as the price of drinks and service. The staff spoke little English although some were helpful. If you want to travel into Naples it is an expensive and terrifying... more
