Please note this hotel is not in the centre of Milan! It is a long walk or bus/tram ride. The area the hotel is in is a little run down, and has only two nearby restaurants that we could find.
The rooms are adequate - clean but small. The air condition worked after a fashion and it was 44 degrees outside! The lifts kept breaking down and it is a hot walk up the stairs! I suggest you don't use the mini bar in the room - they charge three and a half euros for a small bottle of water!
On the plus side the buffet breakfast is excellent, the gardens are pretty and the staff speak good English and are very helpful.
