Hotel and everything was spot on. Staff and Reps were very friendly and helpful. Equally good for children, couples or singles. Entertainment was good for kids, and on a night was good for adults. Hotel clean and tidy. If anything was needed it was delivered straight away.... more

The hotel was in a really bad state of repair. Our room was filthy there was a dead insect squashed across the wall on arrival. The curtains were stained with something like blood/cola. It was not cleaned properly. The cleaners were smoking in the corridors. The pool area... more
