We stayed half board at the Balansat Apartments. The stench from the room on arrival was unbearable. You could smell it prior to opening the door. It was impossible to sleep in the lounge due to the smell as it had made me physically sick. The bathroom had a hole in the... more

This was my 8th trip to the island of Ibiza and my first to Puerto San Miguel. The resort itself is very sleepy (apart from the night time hotel entertainment which you simply cannot avoid unless you leave the resort) and the beach is clean, safe and mostly not too busy. ... more

Arriving in the middle of the night it, seemed very nice. We had two rooms. When we opened the door to the first room the smell nearly knocked us out! We switched the lights on to be met with woodlice and cockroaches. The other room was the same only had more cockroaches. ... more
