Lovely Holiday again, and now our child is three we could take advantage of the kids club, excellent people, really friendly. Food good, service good, facilities good, entertainment good.
Saw some people this year that we recognised from our first visit last year.
Hopefully will go back again next year for another visit. Only downsides, matress's could be quite a bit better, bit too hard for our liking, and the bathrooms on blocks 3 and 4 are beginning to show their age, need to be modernised to match the other side of the hotel. otherwise would have been a 10 rating.

This hotel has everthing that you need and only 5 min walk to the aqua park and 5 mins to night entertainment it is also straight on the beach something for everyone only 10 mins from airport but you dont get any aircraft noise at night which was a concern at first. Would recommend all inclusive the food is brill and good childrens choice aswell, would deffo go back well done everyone at fiesta bahamas x

The group was myself and partner with 2 kids (2 & 5) + Grandparents.
On arrival to the hotel at 3am-ish (Local time)the reception staff were ok and friendly, we didn't get offered anything to drink or eat as some reviews have stated previously.
We didn't attend the welcome meeting from Thompson.
Found the rooms to be very spacious and we had asked previously for a ground floor room and next to the rest of our party which we were accomodated with.
The bathroom was nice and the beds very comfortable the maid service is excellent and they are very polite and friendly.
The pool is very nice and spacious though it is salt water but we didn't mind. The baby pool is one of the nicest i have seen. There is a life guard on duty during the day and they are very keen on ensuring the little ones are watched over by there parents which was good.
We were on all inclusive The morning breakfast was good and had a nice variety there was english sausages on every day!! The pancakes where lovely too !!
The afternoon menu is similar to the dinner menu with good variation daily.
The evening menu was very nice there was a lot of pork most of the time.
The local drinks were included in the holiday however the branded drinks are at an additional cost( Most whiskeys i.e. Southern comfort and JD etc.)
I found the bar staff could be moody and ignorant !
The Fiesta entertainment at night was extremely good,
Paco the main entertainer was hilarious and the rest of the gang very nice.
There was outide entertainment on some nights which usually consists of a dance act or animal entertainment these were ok.
The kids disco was good for the little ones and lasted approximately an hour.
We all had a fab time and would reccomend to a friend !!

Me(23)and my boyfriend(22)just returned from this lovely hotel. Having read some reviews before leaving was a little aprehensive re aircraft noise and food, however the planes did not bother us at all, and the food was lovely did not have the same meal twice plenty of choice and breakfast was beautiful. The restaurant felt a little rushed as people were so oblivious to eachother and did not know how to cue and kept walking into one another. Pool area was a bit crowded during the day as people would put towels on beds really early so we preferred the beach which had waiter service with food and drinks from a lovely beach resturaunt LA PLAGE, 18 euros for 2 beds and a parasol. The beach is beautiful and cleaned regularly, luckly it was blazing hot when we were there and the atmosphere was so exciting. There were lots of different nationalities which wasnt a problem during the day however there were some very noisy italian guests who almost kicked their own door open at around 5am and kept knocking on eachothers doors and singing but hey they were on holiday so cant really complain. We had a beautiful ground floor room with a terrace which looked onto the back of La Plage so we got free music when sat on the terrace. The room was cleaned daily fresh sheets and towel each day, large sofa and comfy beds. Pool area cleaned every am and entertainment was quite a laugh. Space club is literally over the road however clubbing wasnt really for us, the bars can be quite expensive and not much less than in the uk, the hotel bar was cheaper for cocktails and soft drinks. All in all the hotel was lovely and the whole feel of the place is young and lively would definitely reccommend this hotel to others.

It was a fantastic holiday, special thanks to the entertainment team with Frank and Oscar, who are so nice and friendly and do their very best. Also the bar staff are very friendly.
Location is perfect near to the beach, rooms are clean.
Wil certainly go back there next year.

Thoroughly enjoyed this holiday- rooms basic but clean. Must say the maids did a brill job, they would spend a good 45-1 hour in each room and were very friendly. The rooms have safes in them, although it was a bit of a rip off as they charged a non refundable 28 euro to use it. However, better to be safe. The apartments are two storey so if you have pushchairs or wheel chairs I would advise to request a ground floor room as there are no lifts! It wasn't an issue for use as we didn't mind carrying pushchair up and down stairs.
We upgraded to all inclusive when we got there at approx 17euro a day per adult (11 child) extra. I would recommend for all to do this as you really do get your monies worth if your a family- cheaper in the long run!
Large pool clean pool, kids spent most of the day in there. Hard to get sunbeds but thats everywhere you go!
Beach is right next to resort, which is ideal! The beach is okay aswell, nice and clean.
Food- we found there was a good selection of food, ideal for families with pickie children! Restaurant staff super fast.
Entertainment is okay, great children entertainment- not so good if you have no kids. Other facilities include mini golf, Thomson clubs and small kids park.
Hotel is about 15-20 minute walk from resort centre, nice little stroll.
Overall- good family holiday!!

I have just come back from my holiday at Palm Beach Club and it was amazing the best holiday ever. I really want to go again, the whole family does. There is something for everyone my little brother and sister came who are 5 and they really enjoyed it they loved the dancing at night and where always at the pool! The adults where always entertained at night by the shows put on by the Fiesta Fun team they are brilliant!! Everyone is friendly and couldnt help you more. We upgraded to all inclusive when we got there so we got all the drinks free which was a really good thing to do. Its very very clean and tidy and the rooms are good.

Just come back from palm beach for the 4th time. This time there was 9 adults, 6 children. What a fabulous holiday we all had again, its getting like home from home with so many people going back time after time. We have 4 teenagers and 2 younger children with us and palm beach provides everything they need from 10.30 to 4.30 if the kids are happy we are happy. This hotel is right on the beach so if everyone fancys a change theres not far to go. Theres also a water park down the road, get your tickets from the thompson rep it cheaper. Also take advantage of the all inclusive offer in the hotel as it is quite expensive this year you dont get much for your euro.The food is buffet style with plenty of variety,the kids love being independant.All the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels if your old ones are put in the bath.
The fiesta reps work really hard and i would like to thank frank,. oskar, sabrina and david for making our holiday such a good one.
the reason i have given a 9 out of 10 is for the grumpy couple of men bar staff who never raised a smile all holiday.Anyway were booking for next year cant wait.Nearly forgot to thank becky who served our drinks and nearly turned us all into alcoholics.

just spent 2 weeks at this hotel we upgraded to all inclusive on arrival and think it is excellent as drinks etc are expensive,i would not class rooms as 4 star but overall the hotel is very clean.The food was great with plenty of choice each day,the fiesta staff entertainment team made the holiday they are fantastic keeping the kids amused,oscar and frank are so friendly and go out of their way to make your holiday!i took 2 kids 8 & 15 and we would recommend this hotel and will definately be returning.

GOOD POINTS Nice hotel the food was nice with plenty of choice, right next to the beach
rooms were ok and clean.
BAD POINTS entertament was rubbish alright if you got kids, bit of walk to the town but buses do run on time. the tompson reps weren't helpful at all! one of them was right missarable!! expensive drinks at the bar
overall i had a good holiday, but wouldnt chose this hotel or hotels like this.
But if your'e going away and you booked here don't worry you'll be alright its a nice place and beach is lovely.
