It was a fantastic holiday, special thanks to the entertainment team with Frank and Oscar, who are so nice and friendly and do their very best. Also the bar staff are very friendly.
Location is perfect near to the beach, rooms are clean.
Wil certainly go back there next year.

Thoroughly enjoyed this holiday- rooms basic but clean. Must say the maids did a brill job, they would spend a good 45-1 hour in each room and were very friendly. The rooms have safes in them, although it was a bit of a rip off as they charged a non refundable 28 euro to use it. However, better to be safe. The apartments are two storey so if you have pushchairs or wheel chairs I would advise to request a ground floor room as there are no lifts! It wasn't an issue for use as we didn't mind carrying pushchair up and down stairs.
We upgraded to all inclusive when we got there at approx 17euro a day per adult (11 child) extra. I would recommend for all to do this as you really do get your monies worth if your a family- cheaper in the long run!
Large pool clean pool, kids spent most of the day in there. Hard to get sunbeds but thats everywhere you go!
Beach is right next to resort, which is ideal! The beach is okay aswell, nice and clean.
Food- we found there was a good selection of food, ideal for families with pickie children! Restaurant staff super fast.
Entertainment is okay, great children entertainment- not so good if you have no kids. Other facilities include mini golf, Thomson clubs and small kids park.
Hotel is about 15-20 minute walk from resort centre, nice little stroll.
Overall- good family holiday!!

I have just come back from my holiday at Palm Beach Club and it was amazing the best holiday ever. I really want to go again, the whole family does. There is something for everyone my little brother and sister came who are 5 and they really enjoyed it they loved the dancing at night and where always at the pool! The adults where always entertained at night by the shows put on by the Fiesta Fun team they are brilliant!! Everyone is friendly and couldnt help you more. We upgraded to all inclusive when we got there so we got all the drinks free which was a really good thing to do. Its very very clean and tidy and the rooms are good.

Just come back from palm beach for the 4th time. This time there was 9 adults, 6 children. What a fabulous holiday we all had again, its getting like home from home with so many people going back time after time. We have 4 teenagers and 2 younger children with us and palm beach provides everything they need from 10.30 to 4.30 if the kids are happy we are happy. This hotel is right on the beach so if everyone fancys a change theres not far to go. Theres also a water park down the road, get your tickets from the thompson rep it cheaper. Also take advantage of the all inclusive offer in the hotel as it is quite expensive this year you dont get much for your euro. The food is buffet style with plenty of variety, the kids love being independant. All the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels if your old ones are put in the bath.
The fiesta reps work really hard and i would like to thank frank,. oskar, sabrina and david for making our holiday such a good one.
the reason i have given a 9 out of 10 is for the grumpy couple of men bar staff who never raised a smile all holiday.Anyway were booking for next year cant wait.Nearly forgot to thank becky who served our drinks and nearly turned us all into alcoholics.

GOOD POINTS Nice hotel the food was nice with plenty of choice, right next to the beach
rooms were ok and clean.
BAD POINTS entertament was rubbish alright if you got kids, bit of walk to the town but buses do run on time. the tompson reps weren't helpful at all! one of them was right missarable!! expensive drinks at the bar
overall i had a good holiday, but wouldnt chose this hotel or hotels like this.
But if your'e going away and you booked here don't worry you'll be alright its a nice place and beach is lovely.

hotel in a lovely location we had interconnecting rooms with a sea view, rooms were clean and spacious maids came daily.we upgraded to all inclusive which i did not think value for money because there are only very limited drinks available on this and they are only the cheap brands! This holiday was the worst we have ever been on for reserving sunbeds as near the end of the holiday if you werent down for 5am you had no chance of sunbeds anywhere near the baby pool and if like us you have young children this is a must.In the brochure it states proffesional entertainment by this they mean a parrot show which if you are on a two week holiday you get the joy of watching twice. All the rest of the entertainment was provided by the reps who were the most untalented bunch we have ever known.very boring and for the price we paid we were dissapointed.Water park very close a good day out but not much for kids over 10.At night as you walked into playa den bossa there seemed to be a lot of clubbers walking around although we never saw any trouble it did not feel as safe as say majorca.Food reasonable but very repetative and by the end of second week were just going through the motions. This hotel is ok but not worth the money and is not a 4* at a push a 3*.

After seeing this hotel on the TV, I thought it looked really family friendly so we booked for a weeks stay. We went on an all inclusive basis which was well worth the extra cash as a pint would otherwise cost you nearly 4 euros.
The hotel was immaculate and every day the pool area was clean and tidy. The only problem with the pool was the lack of sunbeds, most mornings we had to get up at the crack of dawn to get one but other than this it was great.
Most of the staff were very friendly, there were a few of the pool bar staff who seemed a little bit rude but nothing that I couldn't handle! The kid’s entertainment was brill always something to do for them and the reps put 100% effort into it.
Food was lovely, different choice every day and standard was fantastic. There is a small supermarket next door to the hotel which is OK just for snacks and water etc. The waterpark was just a short 10 minute walk away and there was a bus service right outside the hotel which would take you into the main town centre. There is also a bar on the beach right behind the hotel which is part of the main complex so if you are all inclusive you can get your drinks etc from here as well rather than being forced back to the pool bar.
I would recommend this hotel for families with children of any age as there is something to suit everyone. I will definitely go to another Fiesta hotel again as this was a very enjoyable stay.

This was booked as a Thomson Superfamily Holiday. After reading great reviews about this hotel I was very disappointed to say the least. This hotel does not deserve a 3 star rating.
The furnishings were old and worn, and the rooms were very basic and not very clean. There were a lot of single sex group bookings mostly German and Spanish as Thomsons were not the only operator at the hotel.
The food was not very good and was also very repetitive. The entertainment was good and the Fiesta Team worked very hard day and night, there was plenty to do in the hotel in the daytime.
Thomson kids club was very good and the reps could not be faulted, they worked very hard and seemed to genuinely love the children.
All in all, the hotel was not very clean and should not be sold as a Superfamily hotel as other operators at the hotel were not selling it as a family holiday.
The beachfront location is spot on which is lucky, as the resort of Playa Den Bossa is dirty and not much to see or do. Hotel staff polite and helpful and entertainment is good.
Would not return to this hotel as a family, it is more suited to an 18- 30s holiday!

Wow! That is all that can be said for this hotel!
It guarantee’s a ' living the dream' experience!
Firstly I must say my only dislike of the hotel was the lack of sun beds unless you got up at 5 o'clock you will not get one it was so bad to an extent that people but there towels out before they went to bed around 12 but in fairness the one day a member of staff came around and collected the towels up.
My only other dislike was some of the bar staff were reputedly rude and completely ignored you and served the Spanish people but I cannot stress enough that this was only done by about 3 or 4 staff the rest were extremely fair and pleasant.
The pool was beautiful though a little nippy! The table tennis and pool and air hockey tables proved a winner when I got bored!
The reps were amazing! They completely made the holiday for me without them there I would not have enjoy my holiday half as much.
There was breakfast from 7ish to 10:30 with a fantastic range of different foods suitable for all.
Then around 11-11:30 you are woken up by a 'hola hola bahamas' then they are telling you the activities which are available which range from water aerobics to archery to riffle shooting and killer pool they is always something to do and the atmosphere is electric!
There is a mini disco every night and a show for the children which the children can participate in and there is also a show performed by the reps which always proved fantastic! I loved all there shows the reps were amazing dancers and there shows were comical they ranged from we will rock you to mama mia!
It was by far the best place i have ever stayed!!! It was the best time of my life!

Nice Hotel but well away from the Town Centre.
Good Points were the beach - lovely right on your doorstep, food was fine, rooms very good.
Bad Points were Entertainment, the worst I have come across, ridiculous drink prices means you have to take the all inclusive drink option and some of the most ignorant waiters I have come across anywhere.
One point Thomson advertise it as a family hotel, but we found groups of 20plus Portuguese lads running riot not every travel agent sends families only here.

Our party of four (3 adults & 1 child) visited the Fiesta Palm Beach in Jun 2007.
We booked the hotel after reading the great blurb in the Thomson brochure and from reading reviews on sites such as this.
To be honest, we were all rather disappointed with our choice of holiday this year.
One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was due to it being dubbed 'super family' which we thought would be great for the littlest member of our team.
However, the children’s entertainment seemed very poor in comparison to our last experience of a super family hotel being the Presidente in Portinatx.
The evening entertainment started far too late for the kids. A kids disco kicks off at around 9pm, followed by a load of certificate handing outs etc.
Then there is a main show at 10pm, which 5 nights out of 7 was ran by the hotel reps and consisted mainly of pulling people out of the audience to play games with (the usual stuff - fetch items of clothing from the audience etc).
One night the entertainment was bingo, where a single game was played that took approximately 1 hour due to the numbers needing to be called out in four different languages.
The main show then finishes around 11.30 when the kids etc were expected to get back on the dance floor to finish off the evening. Needless to say, the 4 year old was absolutely shattered by the end of all this, but we couldn't get her to bed any earlier because she didn't like to miss out on anything.
Also, the staff at this hotel are extremely rude. They walk off halfway through taking your order, and you only ever end up getting half of your round in because they are on to serving somebody else by the time you explain that they haven't got everything. This happened on a lot of occasions by the way.
The reception staff are really slow. If you end up needing their services and there are more than 2 people in front of you, expect half an hour being wasted of your holiday.
The hotel also stank of sewage in both the rooms and the outside bar area. Apparently this is a new feature for 2007. It is awful!
The food was pretty good. The all-inclusive option is good and will save you plenty of cash. Location wise is okay too, the main resort being 10-15 minutes’ walk, and the beach is right at the hotel. Nice pool as well.
I was very surprised when talking too many of the other English guests that a lot of them seem to have returned to this hotel year-after-year. I would not come back again personally, but maybe we were just unlucky with our stay.
It's up to you - it's your holiday, but personally I am going to stay clear of Fiesta hotels in the future.

Aug 2006 was a 3rd visit to this hotel. Cannot fault it at all. Just 15 minutes from the airport, which is fantastic. Rooms air conditioned and very clean.
Great size pool and always plenty of sun beds. Hotel is situated right on the beach, with a beach and snack bar on the front, what could be better. The food is out of this world, so much variety to suit everyone.
Lots of great entertainment both day and night, great for children to adults. My husband especially likes the pool competition.
My daughter, 13 this year, is counting the day until we go (Aug 2007).
We met so many lovely people, some of which we have kept in contact with and are going back this year!! Can't wait to see them all so we to can 'Live the dream' with them!
See you all very soon.

Brilliant holiday, this one is a must, I cannot fault in anyway.
Brilliant entertainment, food is fantastic, loads of different things to try, which I did every night, kids loved the meals.
Near Aguamar the water park and town centre. Bossa itself has a fun park with bouncy castle and rides, pubs galore, shops. I would say that a lot of children and adults were complaining of violent headaches and feeling sick, I can only put this down to a little sunstroke, so please take tables and medicine.
The rooms were very clean and made every day and cleaned to a very high standard.
Entertainment through the day to compete doing different games, a good way of meeting people. I went by myself with my 2 children, and found everyone friendly, we had lilo races in the sea and believe me the waves were very high some days, the great thing I liked there were that many people coming and going, you didn’t stand out as the newy.
Thomson had trips to the water park, a boat trip, island tour and a night out with Rosie, all reasonably priced. I would say great value for money, nothing was too much trouble, we did everything in the first 4 days, then chilled for the rest of holidays.
But if you want a good placed sunbed get up with the rest a 7am, I did then went back to bed, but the beach was just as nice, it had a cool breeze, which was welcome as it was very hot.
Go all inclusive if you have kids, it will work out cheaper but try to get it through Thomson not the complex and I think you will save money, I found out to late, all you do is room number and sign the receipt, every time you order, the kids thought it was great and took the worry out of watching the pennies, I even came home with some, which is a first.
