West End Studios Hotel

Hello, I'm Luca from Italy. I spent my Christmas holidays with my wife in New Jersey (to our friends..) and then in NYC (from 27th to 31th). We're very angry, because we reserved on 3th of december a room in "west end studios" Hotel (??) booking our travel with NYCVisit. This hotel was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The receptionists were rude and unhelpful. The elevator looked as if it was about to brake down at any minute. The rooms, hallways, and bathrooms were dirty. I dont even think they clean the hotel. The radiator went off, about every 30 minutes or so. It was so loud it sounded like someone was trying to break into the room. It kept me up throughout the night. The community bathrooms were dirty and had no soap. I went to new york one year ago for 11 days... I've booked my hotel on --------------- .... It was the last time I used this service, I think that a professional web reservation have to check the hotels that it proposes.... This is the worste place I've sleep in my life.

Beware! This hotel should not be allowed on any search site! Like throwing money down a drain,because as soon as you see it you have to go find somewhere else to stay!

Disgusting scam. I payed $100+ for a night here and then had to check into another motel as this one is simply uninhabitable. Would have been less ------ off if the address was just a vacant lot. At least then I wouldn't have been forced to enter this fithy pigstuy before shelling out for another hotel. Major websites such as Expedia etc. should be ashamed to have this hotel on their sites. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And with Hotels charging over a hundred dollars a night for 3 nights, the worst travel ripoff I've ever experienced. Filthy carpet ... we didn't dare take our shoes off, ever. Hair in the bathtubs. Thin, dingy sheets and towels, which were never replaced (no maid service). when I arrived at west end studios the reception looked like the RITZ hotel, then he kindly checked me into a mixed Dorm in the basement... I did not enjoy that at all and infact I will never book another hostel ever again online because pictures can be very decieving.one member of the staff who does night shift from midnight to 7:00 AM is very unprofessional and should not be working anywhere near women as he tries his luck a little to much

OMG!!!! This place was awful and we didnt even have to see the rooms!!! We booked two rooms through Travel hero. I booked a room for 2 of us and my friend booked a room for two more people so they were two reservations. The guy at the desk was a total jerk.....said i had cancelled my reservation. I tried to show him my recipt from Travel hero and he called me a liar!!! He even told me to come behind the desk and see the screen for myself. This hotel was terrible!!!!Do not believe the pictures, you honestly get what you pay for. The elevator is hardly big enough for 2 people. As soon as you walk in you know its not what you expected. The man at the front desk was listening to Usher. There is no phone in the rooms. You have to share bathrooms. Be warned about this place, none of the photos on any of the hotel websites look anything like the dark dingy rooms and corridors we ended up in. Falsely advertised and not recommended!
