WOW!!!!!! By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! We moved to this hotel after booking a hotel through a travel agents that was terrible! Dont't ask (see my review on the Marrakech hotel)! On arriving at the W Hotel and enquiring about vacancies, we were dealt with by the most friendly and helpful staff who were appalled to hear of our bad experience. They checked us into an amazing 25th floor room with breath-taking views of Broadway and Times Square. The room itself was very modern and spacious. From the wet-room/bathroom, enormous bed, glass desk and plasma tv on the wall, everything was perfect! The reception area is dimly-lit and the decor is again, very modern. The entrance downstairs has a glass ceiling with a waterfall in it! This hotel is amazin, and i would definately recommend it. In fact, I have just booked for us to go there again this year. the staff were very kind and have offered us a discount! What more could you ask for!

The W hotel Times Square is in its own class! The modern furnishing and cosmopolitan atmosphere was fabulous. It is in a central location (time square) 3 minutes from the tube station and bus stop.



There are fabulous restaurants in the area surrounding the hotel as well as a fabulous diner called misty’s stardust diner in which 4 days out of 6 days we eat breakfast 4 times.



Macys, Bloomingdales, and the Empire State building are within walking distance however I advise you to invest in a good pair of shoes! The concierge service the hotel provides is second to none. They are so helpful and friendly.



It was a real pleasure to return to New York and find a hotel better than that in which I had stayed previously!
