Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol Reviews
" We spent one week at this glorious... "

We spent one week at this glorious hotel in a double/twin deluxe on Bed & Breakfast and we definitely got a bargain. We paid just £650 for the both of us for the week for the hotel.
Really relaxing place with fantastic surroundings. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There are plenty of sunbeds and the grounds are superb. Beach and sea nearby.
Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choice. There are a few restaurants nearby so Bed & Breakfast was fine for us.
Definitely a 5* experience at a fab price. Book it you won't be disappointed.

We stayed in the Amathus Beach hotel, in (Limassol) for one week for my birthday and our stay was very pleasant.
Our room was spacious and spotless with all the necessities and there was fresh fruit and a small bottle of their local wine upon our arrival. The room was cleaned every day and there were small rational sweets left for us.
Breakfast was nothing else but an array of delicacies, you could even have good quality Champaign with your breakfast should someone fancy a Champaign breakfast. The service was good and the staff were very friendly.
There were lots of amenities within the hotel, including shops, hairdressing salon, beauty salon and a very well equipped gymnasium.
Different events were organised every evening (such as BBQ night, Lokmades night and so on.
We spent a few evenings at the bar enjoying cocktails and listening to live soft music. We were even given a small gift on the day when we left (small bottle of local olive oil). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Amathus Beach hotel and it is definitely highly recommended.

A fabulous and relaxing vacation, within a Hotel catering "all" requirements.
Luxurious settings, yet calm and relaxed.
Absolutely no need to wake up early for "Beach Towels", since the Hotel did (not) allow such reservations.
A very highly recommendable resort!
" Normally when going on holiday I opt... "

Normally when going on holiday I opt for half board if not self-catering. This year, however myself and a friend decided to go on an all inclusive luxury holiday. See what all the fuss was about, so to speak.

At first I thought it would take some getting used to being completely taken care of rather than doing my own thing and I wasn’t sure how I would take to it. I can only now say one bad thing about the holiday.. it’s made me never want to go back to any other kind of holiday, which could be quite an expensive lifestyle choice.
I would highly recommend an all-inclusive holiday to anyone just looking for a break, a rest from their routine. To be spoilt if it’s not what you’re used to. If, however you are looking for a family or sightseeing holiday where you want to be in control of your time keeping, opt for self catering or half board.
As for the area, it’s an ideal location for any kind of holiday. A large number of bars and restaurants and lovely beaches with as many shops as you could need.

Limassol is roughly equal distance between the two main airports, which is about an hours drive.

I was more than happy with this holiday and highly recommend Cyprus and one of the greatest holiday destinations in Europe.
I stayed here for New Year's Eve/Day.
I cannot fault anything. I stayed in a junior suite at a special rating because I'm a cypriot and the whole room decor was lovely. Upon arrival, there were fruits and drinks given as compliments by the hotel manager. The breakfast was also very good and there was an enormous range of food ranging from English to American to European to Middle East breakfast types.
I felt really comfortable here. And I've been to the hotel a few times for breakfast only with my parents when I was younger and the breakfast banquet was really lovely.
My friend stayed at one of the more deluxe junior suites which had a whirpool/mini pool outside. This was such a great asset and a great laugh also. A bunch of us visited our friend and we happily spent all afternoon in the whirlpool. Lunch room service was also very good.
I love their cafe which they have on the ground floor. The coffees are excellent and the cappucinos are very good. The espressos themselves are not bitter but strong, which is just right in my opinion! :)
I went for a wedding reception a few months ago and the grounds were neatly manicured and trimmed and the swimming pool looked gorgeous and a picture of real luxury. I tried the wedding reception food and they were top notch. Beef with horseradish in hot baps. It was lovely. And excellent sparkling wine was served. I cannot fault any of the staff's service.
This is an excellent 5* hotel/resort and I will come back again definitely.
