Hotel clean... Pool very dirty, but cleaned when we where there. Apartment ,bits of ceiling falling on our beds. I thought my bed was going to brake every time I turned over. There was Lifeguards this year one with a broken arm but still on duty. All the other Lifeguards was asleep or drunk everyday. Drinking beer or pints of Vodka and orange openly in front of everyone.
My nephew got in trouble in the water one day, his dad saved him the Lifeguard didn’t even move off his sunlounger. The only good thing about the Hotel this year was Chris the barman. This was are third time here, and nobody cared because it was closing down. The hotel was a great let down for my family.

This hotel was sold last October and will be closing October 2005. All entertainment was cancelled last year for this season.
Thus there is no entertainment in the evening except for tapes playing in the inside bar area or karaoke, which consists of the same songs being sung each night. There are numerous game machines and a pool table in the bar area which is the only thing for children to do. Each costs 50 cents and this soon mounts up. The tennis courts advertised have been demolished. The only building in use is the main building.
The bungalows and new building have been totally refurbished and are being sold. They are not in use. The two pools are not being cleaned as the hotel is closing. The staff are not caring for the guests adequately as nobody will be returning after October. The only member of staff who made us feel welcome was Christos, the barman in the inside bar.
The food is disgusting. It’s like eating in a canteen but worse. 5 tins are put outside in the pool bar consisting every night of rice, pasta, chicken, another type of meat and some form of potato. The main restaurant has been closed and all meals have to be eaten outside. Take plenty of mosquito repellent as most guests were eaten alive in the evenings whilst eating their evening meal.
All in all no holiday company should be sending their guests here. There is a building site on either side of the main building. The rooms are dirty and dark and basically need to all be pulled down. If you have booked to go here, although it sounds nice, there is absolutely nothing to do at this hotel.
You will not be getting what you paid for. Please change to another hotel. We were all-inclusive and were basically tied to the hotel but most nights we had to take our 10 year son out to eat at McDonalds because he could not eat the food on offer.
There are no snacks in between meals as advertised for all inclusive and beer is not included not even local beer. Please do not go to this hotel.

Had a great time. Kavos is a lively place, perfect for clubbing and getting a grrrrreat sun tan.
Most bars though didn’t offer the best drinks available, but if you know a few people locals you’ll be surprised for what’s on offer, in the most reasonable prices. Jazz bar for great cocktails, Mythos Hotel terrace bar for an amazing view of Kavos by night and of course ROUSSOS restaurant for the best food on offer!
A few meters from the beach, excellent scenery, delicious food. Run by George Roussos family, the restaurant being the first one ever in Kavos, but apart from he history behind it, you'll get to meet the nicest people in Kavos. Great sense of humour, great wine. Sophie, George thanks for making us feel 'at home'. Roussos apartments, owned by George as well, a great place to stay.
Clean rooms, beautiful pool, access to the high street in just seconds but still away from the noise if u want to have an early night (well.. IF!). Great sandwiches from the pool bar and the sea is just there if you’d rather go more natural.
Well, if you are visiting Kavos soon, Roussos Apts is the place to stay and of course Roussos Taverna for delicious food. Hope to visit again soon!

I found the hotel staff very friendly and very helpful, from the reception staff to the bar staff.
Ok so the hotel was basic but it served my purposes. I found the rooms to be clean, every morning I walked passed the housekeeping staff. The bar was not over priced and the staff kept us entertained with Karoke (which most of the hotel guest joined in).
The pool bar was not opened but that was due to it being the week before the season started.
I did not eat here as there was plenty of restaurants around the hotel.
But I have no complaints at all and I will return.
