Royal Victoria Hotel Reviews
" This is a good find in Pisa.... "
Submitted By: Mr J Dawson
This is a good find in Pisa. Location, Price, and Hotel in general all definitely recommended.
There's plenty of nice streets, bars, trattorias and squares around the hotel. Inside it is a labyrinth of fascination, loads of old pictures, bookcases, hallways and rooms where old telephones and typewriters sit and wait for your attention.
Price-wise this is an excellent choice. We went for the cheapest with no en-suite which was fine. The shower was upstairs but wasn't a problem or ever busy, and the room was very attractive. Breakfast was good with a nice range of fruits/ yogurts/ pastries/ cakes/ breads/ cheese/ hams/ jams etc.
I particularly liked the bowl of free apples replenished every morning in reception! Also the roof top terrace is a lovely hide away to go and read a book, or enjoy a drink which the hotel are happy to provide.
Also nice lounges downstairs to sit down in and enjoy a break. Was even an art exhibition there when we stayed.
