We found this hotel to be unfit for anyone to stay in. On arrival we were dropped on a dirty main road the rep did not escort us to the hotel she jumped back on the bus.
This hotel is situated up a side street were lots of building work is going on. The street and most of the buildings on it are filthy. The hotel doors lead onto the street. Once inside the hotel things did not get any better the reception area was situated right next to the hotel bar you couldn't hear yourself speak.
We proceeded to check in but by this time I was totally dismayed & things didn't get any better. The one consolation was we were only there for a week.
On check in the unfriendly man on reception told us we were not booked in at the hotel, our names were not on the list! We were not the only couple. Our rep had just abandoned us.
We took a seat. I got a wet bottom as the seat I sat on was soaked through with something. The furniture was very dirty. The receptionist said he had scraped us a room together I was hoping he wouldn't have one & we would be able to go somewhere else.
He gave us room 122 I thought this cannot get any worse. How wrong was I? We got in a very small lift as we go out our floor was in complete darkness my husband was crawling around on his hands & knees to find the keyhole to our room. Finally we got in.
The room was really scruffy & unkempt. The chairs & sofa were covered in mess you could not sit on them. We had no towels or toilet roll. I pulled back my husband’s bed & found pubic hair & mildew on the bedspread.
The balcony was covered in muck, cig butts, dirty nappies, & what looked like old stale beer & blood. I rang the reps emergency number to see if she could do anything or get me a flight home, but she said they couldn't do anything until the next day.
We went to find something to eat and drink as we had been travelling about 14 hours. We decided to go out of the hotel by the stairs they were filthy again cig butts, urine, blood, & beer all over them. Once outside I felt very unsafe with the area we were in.
The next day we heard nothing from the holiday company & we don’t receive a welcome meeting invitation, as we were not on the list! So we waited in reception until an Olympic rep came in.
The rep was very helpful & never once lost his temper. He knew all about us & couldn't apologise enough for us not being on the hotel list. I explained to him I wasn't bothered about those mistakes can happen.
My concern was the hotel they had put us in & the cleanliness. The rep went to speak to the head Housekeeper who said the room we had given was not for public letting it was not fit for guests it was due to be refurbished. We asked if we could move hotels, yes but you would need to pay £500.
This was just a cheap break for us so could not afford that. They gave us keys to another room 723 it was an improvement but not fantastic, the carpet in the bedroom was like a crumpled blanket & also very smelly I had my flip-flops on the whole time.
The lift mechanism ran at the back of our bedroom wall so very noisy.
We just didn't want to complain anymore as only 6 days left of our holiday. On the aeroplane on the way home my husband told me whilst we were there at one time he had seen 6 cockroaches in our apartment, but he didn't tell me, as he knew I would have gone mad. It is so sad to have a holiday were you have nothing good to say about it.
All the time I have been going on holiday I have always wanted to go to Cyprus, but I was deeply disappointed.

For the time of year and for a quick break this hotel apartment complex was quite good. My wife and two teenage girls also enjoyed the stay and had a good rapport with a couple of members of staff.
I would definitely go and stay there again but maybe next time on a room only basis as we ate out most days. The area is very pretty and Cyprus is a friendly place to go.
Be very careful of the taxi drivers because they can try and rip you off so make sure you find out the cost to your destination before you get in the cab. Other than that I look forward to the next trip to Limassol to reacquaint myself with a bar owner called Vas who unfortunately is an Arsenal supporter but has a fantastic chef who makes great meals.

I have just returned from these apartments and I have to say I will think twice about going away again. My daughter (aged 16) and I went, these apartments were dirty, dank, dingy, dirty, just disgusting.
There was no entertainment provided except for the occasional singer which was unbearable to listen to, also the odd karaoke night which was done by whoever wanted to do it. The food in the restaurant was awful, I had to request clean towels, I don't know if my bed was changed, the place was never cleaned. There was no kettle, toaster, oven just two rings to cook on, the fridge was ready for the bin it had a freezer box with no door or cover on it so it took two days to make some ice.
I was absolutely horrified when I arrived here, my daughter cried for 4 days I would have went home if I could. Balcony over looked building sites, I feel that these apartments should not be advertised, I could go on for ever - it was a dump.

The hotel: The apartment was very basic but clean enough, however there was a dirty and grubby carpet in the bedroom. The staff were very nice and helpful and clean sheets and towels were provided daily.
There was air conditioning available at a fee. The roof top pool was good and relaxing. There were plenty of sun loungers and a bar on site. There was entertainment most evenings but some was very average. The location: The apartment overlooked the sea but the traffic was very loud and non stop - we saw 4 accidents outside the apartment in the space of two weeks!
You need to be very careful on the roads especially if you are bringing children. Overall the holiday was enjoyable and the hotel is in a good location for shops/bars and restaurants.

This hotel is an absolute dive, it is dirty, dingy, shabby and very unappealing!
We also had cockroaches in our room, the room was spacious but needed updating badly, our balcony was facing towards the sea but also on a busy main road which at times was noisy. The pool was a liability waiting to happen with sharp edges and cracked tiles, it also didn’t have much of a shallow so no good for little ones.
The staff were less than helpful and the entertainment consisted of some dodgy singers which sounded like my local karaoke!
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless they are looking to let there dog stay there as that’s all its good for and that’s at a push!!!

This place smells there is a big scum mark round the swimming pool its dirty and we were on a building site i would not go there again and tell my friends not to as well the staff are nice but that is all .
At the front of the building was a main road you have to be a good runner to get across because the cars did not stop for no one i would rate this place 1 star not 3.

This hotel is the worst one yet. It smelt bad there were wires all over of the roof. The staff were ok, that’s all. The pool was dirty and full off scum round the sides and the ants were so bad you could not cook.
The noise from the front of the building was so bad you could not open the doors on to the balcony.

This hotel has got to be the most appalling place we have ever stayed at, the idea was to cater for 3 children but we was unable to cook or eat anything as the place was infested with ants and when was wasn’t killing ants we was trying to unblock the sink.
Our bed also collapsed and was told to wait to the next morning to have it mended so you please don’t go there and sorry the location was also **** to say the least so don’t do it and book it.

We only paid less than 20.00 English pounds for this hotel and now we know why.
Our tiny balconies were overlooking either a car park with lots of bins or a building site. The bins got emptied at 3.30 a.m. and then 4.30a.m. Most mornings and the builders could see right into our room, so we couldn’t open the curtains, they started work at 7.00 a.m.
The hotel is very dated, but quite clean; the roof top bar is really dirty with a big dirt mark around the pool. The fire exits were partially blocked by matrices. There was no TV, microwave, toaster, and cooker. The entertainment was non-existent.
This hotel is classed as 3*, I would give it either none or 1*.

This hotel made our holiday, the staff were very friendly, the accommodation was very good, the food was excellent and the entertainment that was on every evening was good. The staff were efficient and I was only sorry that none of the Irish Brochures featured this hotel last year as we stayed somewhere else which was not upto standard.
I would totally recommend this hotel for anybody looking to have a relaxing and enjoyable hotel on this beautiful island.
