One of the worst holidays I have ever been on. The food was cold with very little selection. I asked for a move from my room every day I was there and was refused. My partner was in a wheelchair and we were placed as far away from the lift as we could possibly be. How this... more

We were actually booked into one of the groups other hotels (3*) and got upgraded to Pineda Palace. Good move, the hotel was spotless, I believe only 3 years old, food was nothing to complain about, there was always a large enough selection to choose from and even if you... more

Really enjoyed the Pineda Palace, it was spotlessly clean and rooms were cleaned daily and were very spacious. Food was ok, but we were told by others the menu had changed to accommodate mainly Spanish guests and was usually a lot better, even so plenty of fresh fish and... more

This is the worse hotel I have ever experienced. Definitely not a resort I would recommend for the disabled (I traveled with my disabled father). Gym had four pieces of equipment (all broken). We had to book the use of the Jacuzzi a day in advance (for one hour use... more
