Have stayed at Bella Napa before: First class family owned hotel with mainly Cypriot staff that are very friendly.
Pool quite small but this was known and we always use local beaches from Ayia Napa to Ayia Thekla as we always have a car. Lots of good eating places within walking distance of the hotel although steep on the way back.
Lots of Cypriot eating in local villages, Paralimini, Dhyernia, Pernera, and Sotera.
Lots of evening entertainment in the hotel if that’s what you want with a mix of guest from British, Russian, German, and Swiss. Seem strange being called a repeater.
Only problem we had been booking with Libra, the flight we had from Luton cancelled meals at the last minute when we had paid so everything on board had to be paid for.
Next time will book with Thomas Cook as they give vouchers or packed meals and drinks.

Good family run hotel now run by son Kikkis.
Whilst there are the odd foreign worker, in the main most staff have been at the hotel for years and make you feel very welcome, and are very accommodating.
Breakfast is the norm but can get very busy at peak times.
We stayed last two weeks of September and towards the end of the holiday there were discounted parties coming in, of young people from Russia and Germany.
The pool is quite small and old plants give lots of shade. Beach is just across the road so no problem. Or, if you have a car try Ayia Thekla beach near the small church pass the Water Park, nice and quite and mostly Brits.
Good entertainment every night if that’s your thing. Or a walk down the road into Ayia Napa which is not so busy now, apart from festival week which is always in September.
Places to eat if you don't have a car, you can walk into Ayia Napa or take a bus or taxi ride to Paralimini where there are Tavernas, or a little further Dhyernia has many good Tavernas.

My wife and I had a great time here. A great beach is just across the road and town is a 15/20 minutes walk - last few hundred yards uphill coming back. The hotel room was good with great views over the town and bay. We were B/B and found the breakfast buffet to be good with selection of cold/hot food. Very friendly staff!
Pool area small but we prefer the beach so this not a problem.
Try Los Banditos Mexican Restaurant (near square). Super food and great atmosphere - may have to wait for table as very popular.
