Very well situated for all of New York’s attractions. The rooms are spacious and well furnished and very clean.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has excellent facilities and is really worth paying that little bit extra for.
The hotels lifts are an attraction in themselves - just like something from the movies they literally zoom up and down in seconds between floors.
There are shops and starbucks bars in the hotel. I did not attend the roof top restaurant but I believe it is excellent.
I will go back to New York and will most definitely stay here again.

Though the room was of good standard, it was quite small, and expensive. But at the end of the day you are overlooking Times Square.
It was extremely difficult to find a table to have dinner at, and the biggest gripe of all would be the 15 minute wait for the high tech lift to reach my floor.... apparently they have spent millions of dollars on reducing the wait from 45 minutes.
Staff were pleasant, and efficient. Food was good quality, and you really are in the middle of it when it comes to New York.
So, as long as you're happy with a Travel Inn sized room, and long waits for the lift and table, then I’d go for it.
