Just returned after a 10 day break The hotel in general was pretty reasonable, both in cleanliness and staff friendliness. The food was however not so good. We did not realise that 90% of the population of spanish OAPS would be there, so the hotel seemed to cater for them.... more

Just back from this awful hotel. The restaurant- it was like a frenzy for food, the worst food I've ever come across in a spanish hotel, even the lettuce was yuk. tastless, tastless tastless, is the only word for it, a waste of time and money paying for half board, ate in... more

This hotel is rubbish, its for cheap spanish people who go on holiday. The manager is rude. The food was unsuitable for a pet dog to consume. It was awful. the head waiter was swearing in spanish as we would not understand. the swimming pool was freezing cold, the children... more

We were pleasantly surprised to find a fairly good hotel after reading so many negative comments. The hotel was always clean and the food perfectly acceptable bearing in mind the cost. The staff were always polite and friendly and all spoke good English. The hotel's... more

Great Hotel - the staff are very nice & speak perfect English on reception. I speak alittle Spanish so spoke in Spanish first & then asked if they spoke English - "of course" was the response. The hotel is predominately Spanish - THANK GOD! At last free from the annoying... more

Well well well i returned last Saturday after a week at this hotel. On arrival as it was 8/9pm the front area was full of teenagers (Spanish ones) clapping and making lots of noise when people came down the stairs. We had a 4 year old with us and it hurt her ears. We... more

Food crap
Arrived at Hotel Natali @ noon, which i had 2 rooms booked, to find 1 not ready. Put our cases in the 1 room we had (7 of us) Decided to go for some food @ 13.00hrs, food looked ok until we started to eat, it was freezing cold we were the first ones there. The second room became available at 14.30, Rooms were clean and overall not to bad. Tried the food in the evening again cold. Up early in the morning for breaky guess what cold again including boiled eggs, we were first again must have been the days before. Time for the pool looked ok... more
Good Value for Money
I was worried havind read all the bad reviews, but all I can say is I must have been staying at a different hotel. My sister-in-law and I stayed here for a long weekend in August. The room was clean, bright and had a lovely balcony with a sea view. The only bad thing about the room was there were no tea/coffee making facilities. We stayed on a bed and breakfast rate, and the breakfast was fine with plenty of choice and always space to sit no matter how busy. The pool area was small but nice, with both sunny and shady areas to sit,... more
Please read the reviews !
I read the reviews and didn't pay any attention, please don't make the same mistake. This is a 400 + bedroom hotel with only 30 sunbeds ( I counted them !). Poolside bar opens at 1pm - pool opens at 9 am - I dont think so. We encountered 2 nice members of staff - the others were rude, sour-faced and only interested in serving Spanish holidaymakers. This hotel is not at all interested in British holidaymakers - they will ignore you in favour of their own! All entertainment is in Spanish only !The nearest beach is listed as 500m from hotel... more
take no notice
I have just returned from Natali hotel in torremolinos with my two daughters aged 11 & 15. We stayed for a week, all inclusive. I have to say that I was a little worried prior to our visit after reading reviews on here but there was no need. Firstly the hotel and rooms were nipping clean. The food was ok and about what I expected. There was plenty of fresh salad and fruit options and the there was always about 4 or 5 hot food options which were perfectly acceptable, my daughters always found something to fill themselves, pasta, chips... more
It's a Spanish Hotel, it's not Blackpool!!!
I can't believe some of the reviews people have left about this hotel. I think most of you must have been on your first holiday away from Blackpool. First of all it's in Spain, so it's going to have people who are spanish staying there as well. Deal with it!!! Yes they can be rude but be rude back. Our party never had a problem getting a drink all the time we where there, it's amasing what a few manners and few euros tip can do. Yes the food was poor, but no worse than your B&B at Blackpool. Yes Entertainment was poor, but no... more
Do Not Go Near This Place.
Beware of this hotel. My partner and I were happily looking forward to a weeks break from a heavy work schedule and were all smiles as we landed at Malaga airport. But this was soon changed when we came face to face with the NATALI HOTEL. It seems that during the summer months this hotel engourges itself with every spanish teenager you could possibly concieve (excuse the pun) that has been born. Not only that, they also allow them to run riot throughout the night having parties in the corridors and playing there stereo's loudly. In this... more
ALSO.....
Trip advisor etc, all sites that have this hotel listed should drop it immediatley. The hotel NATALI is terrible! Not one travel agent in Exeter has even heard of this hotel, or have it listed in any brochure... NOW I know why! TERRIBLE HOTEL
Avoid if British - However cheap.
Avoid at any cost - Was attracted by the cheap price personally and was expecting something OK but not brilliant for the price. Unfortunately it was worse than we thought. Bar staff ignore you to the point of looking at the floor to avoid eye contact ( Embarrassing really! ) so you can't get a drink - When you do it's like winning the lottery. Millions of kids on some sort of Basket ball outing. Entertainment was incredibly poor. Despite being all-inclusive, we went out every day down to the beach area and spent a fortune. Food was limited,... more
Ignorant, rude, pushy Spaniards their kids bully ur kids! Need2learn how2smile!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I cannot believe i treated my neices and nephew to their 1st holiday abroad and we ended up in the complete HOTEL FROM HELL! I'll start with my small complaints: the pool was shallow enough for my 6yr old neice to stand on her tip-toes..... IN THE SHALLOW END, no kids pool and FAR too small for the size of the hotel which is on 11 floors, the "snacks" were hardly ever out but when they were they were aniseed type biscuits, the entertainment was non existant or was cancelled at the last... more
never go here!!! if ur english
ive just come back from the natali hotel in torremolinos, and i will never be going back there. Every thing in the hotel was something to complain about, except the reception staff and the rooms were clean. The food was'nt much choice and u could not identify what you were eating, and was usually cold. The hotel was very anti british, and the spanish were rude and always pushed in. The entertainment was the worst ive ever seen, as it was a rubbish spanish singer every night. There was also hundreds of spanish school children staying in the... more
