Very good hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Victoria and would highly recommend it. It's in the right part of town, easy walk from the beach, right next to the old town but also an easy walk into the Levante new town if you really feel you have to. The hotel is modern, clean, everything is in excellent order and the service was fabulous. We had very good meals, although I wasn't so enthusiastic about them as some of the reviewers. Helpful and friendly staff

Stayed for a few days with my partner and my 85 year old mother who needs a wheel-chair. All the staff were helpful,friendly and attentive to our needs. Although all meals were buffet-style there was plenty of choice and variety. Hot food was constantly being prepared in the kitchens and brought out, so at no time was the food getting stale. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and towels were changed daily. We would happily visit again like many others who have contributed to this hotel's report. more
One of the Best Hotels in Benidorm

If you read all the reviews of this hotel, it is apparent that this hotel is a good place to stay in Benidorm. The food choice was excellent, and the quality was very good as well as being hot, where appropriate. What you have to remember is that you are in Spain in a Spanish Hotel, and the food is never going to be the same as at home. When my wife and I go abroad, we like to experience the different tastes and cultures...even in Benidorm! This is a great hotel. Poor Food Selection

The hotel is well appointed and the maids are excellent, the food choice in the restaurant is very poor for a four star hotel. The breakfast cereals are limited and the evening meal choice also is very limited and the vegetables practically non existant, staff not particullarly pleasant and a lot of the hot food is served cold. Lots of people complaining whilst we where staying but to no avail. Would not stay here again or recommend it to any one, have stayed here in Benidorm in better three star hotels. more

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel and we were very happy with every aspect of the hotel. the only grumble for us was that the waiting staff were not very attentative when it came to clearing tables or enquiring as to whether you required anything to drink. That said we found the food to be of excellent quality and veriety with serveral theme nights. All members of staff that we came in to contact were very proffesional, friendly and helpful. clean elegant but going down

Clean - pleasant rooms with good air conditioning and service. Reasonable food if you like the same old breakfast and dinner starters every day. As November approached, the standards slipped further every day. There were less English speakers/ staff around. The internet was constantly broken. The sauna was on only occasionally...and the pool? Well see the picture to believe our children's greatest disappointment - it was tiny, cold and constantly in the shadow of the appartments behind the hotel. more
something for everyone

just returned from a trip to benidorm and there really is something for everyone in benidorm as the hotel is not in the centre of the levante area, it is on the edge in centro plaza, very nice hotel, very clean and friendly, breakfast not too bad, nice bar and lovely outside terrace,the pool area is very quiet and the outside bar was never open. i would stay at this hotel again. more

Stayed in this hotel for a week recently and had selected it based on the reviews on this website. But I was not completely satisfied on a number of points 1. Food in restaurant was very unpredictable - one night great the next poor the next so-so. whilst undoubtably a great variety, quality and flavour sometimes left a lot to be desired. 2. My wife and i have just returned from a week in Benidorm, staying at the Hotel Victoria and were very impressed indeed. We found the Hotel to be spotless throughout, staff professional, very pleasant and helpful. The food variety and quality was very good, our room spacious and well equipped and the location perfect for access to town and beach. This hotel is indeed of 4 star standard and i would not hesitate in recommending it to my friends. more

Alicante Airport: booked transfer through resorthoppa. took approx. 35 mins. from airport to hotel. Benidorm: touristplace with all it includes, well catered for families with children The Victoria: I have stayed at many BW hotels, and this is absolutely among one of the best. Friendly staff, very helpful receptionists, clean and wonderful equipped rooms, amazing views over beaches and mountains. Benidorm is not a place for me, should I come back I would certainly stay at the Victoria. Big Mercadona superstore round the corner. more
