Ive just had a weeks stay and could not fault it .Reading a previous report from a disgruntaled traveller i was a little wary what to expect but when i arrived and booked in ,all my fears were blown away.Everyone was so helpful and polite and could not find anything to moan about .Thank you to all the staff .

The Rio Park hotel may only be a 3 star but the food is amazing the staff are so friendly and happy and the whole hotel is one big happy place!! Just 10 minutes from the levante beach down the yellow brick road! The nightlife is also only 10 minutes away with endless comic... more

just got back and it was red hot, hotel fine,the staff very friendly,the food ok there is a bar about half a minuete from the hotel called the WELCOME INN they make you welcome and you will have a good laugh,and its cheap look out for mick wear tenna ladies cos youll laugh that much.

Recently returned from 2 weeks at the Rio Park. A great time was had by all. Food good with plenty of variety, rooms clean. It would have been great to have a/c but for the price we had a great holiday. Will definitely be returning in the future when the refurbishment has been completed.

myself and my son and grandaughter have just returned from two weeks at this hotel. we found the hotel very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. our stay would have been even better if there had of been air conditioning in the bedrooms. we will certainly be looking foreward to going again.
Worst Hotel Ever from ijwebb123
An absolute awful hotel. The best part of the hotel was leaving and knowing i never have to go back there ever again. I stayed on the Top floor and it took ages to call a lift to my floor. Most of the time I gave up and walked down the Twelve Flights of Stair. On many occasions the lift broke down. When you finaly got down the food was absolutely terrible NOTHING was cooked properly the only decent food was the things the hotel didn't have to make like pineapple slices and bread. There was a lack of Fibre and Vitamins in the selection presented and the waiters were over keen to be helpful which meant they were forever clearing your table whilst you were still eating. The Rooms were also Rubbish. Considering Benidorm is 35 degrees C and above Air Conditioning would have been expected however nothing just every room like a sauna. On the Up side the maids did do a god job of cleaning it everyday. Night entertainment was hosted by Spains most perverted fellow who felt it was his right to chat up every person he saw. I survived at least. I HATED my stay there it was CRAP

I paid top price to stay at rio park 1/08/03 for 14 nights , i lasted 1 night and moved to a nearby hotel costing an extra £1000 ,it was worth every penny moving . the hotel was dirty , lifts kept breaking down, rooms were not fit for a dog, the pool was dirty, and i found the staff very inpolite...

Great holiday!, went in july 2004, hotel was very clean, staff very friendly, food ok not much variety for vegetarians. Only bad thing to say was the lifts were a bit small and no a/c but from feb 2005 they are closing the hotel for 3mths to have bigger lifts and a/c in every room, apart from that it was great.

The hotel was great it always looked clean the food was great the staff was excellent, the pool area was plenty big enough only down side was Kids club was not suitable for 7 years olds and above as it was more for younger children apart from that a great holiday been twice now.

June 2004. What a fantastic Hotel, a credit to the Management and Staff. Rooms well furnished, cleaned daily to a high standard. Staff very friendly and always on hand. Large pool and bathing area with no shortage of sunbeds. Food was fantastic, huge variety and of a very high standard. Located in a peaceful area, but only a stones throw to the nearest bars and beach. Will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

I stayed in the Rio Park Hotel from 25th May '04 until 8th June '04. I had an excellent time and couldn't have wished for a better hotel. The staff were really great. They were helpful, polite, friendly, I could go on and on about them - but I won't! I was on holiday with someone that was disabled and I found the hotel catered well for her. The weather was brilliant. The food was great. At night the staff from the hotel did a different show every night, and they were really funny. I would definetly go back again!!

we have just come back from 2 weeks at rio park and cannot praise it enough. food was gorgeous, rooms clean. it is worth going just for the staff shows alone, prepare to be shocked at the full monty!!!! also boring as it may seem spend a night playing BINGO it is so funny i`m sure i missed out on money by laughing so much. the staff are so friendly especially the waitors who never seemed to go home, they always had a smile on their faces. give it a go and see for yourself
