A fantastic hotel. Probably the best we've ever stayed in. Exceptionally clean and very well presented. Great views from all aspects of the hotel. Within walking distance of the beach and shops.
The food at the hotel was excellent. Bread rolls and breadsticks awaited me at every evening meal. The waiter service was faultless and there was always plenty of choice on the menus.
I would definitely go back and recommend it to all.

The Sant Alphio Garden Hotel is an absolutely superb hotel. All the rooms (public and private) are very clean and well furnished. The restaurant was great, the food was great ... lots of good choices for all courses and smooth waiter service in the evening.

The hotel has excellent swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), gym, sauna and Jacuzzi. Our bedroom (No. 404) overlooked Mt. Etna from the window, and the pool and coastline from the balcony ... what more can you ask for? All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Our only regret was having to checkout but we will return next year !!!!

However the food was poor and the policy of not allowing smart shorts into the dining area smacked of pettiness after all they are not running a michelin starred restaurant.
This hotel has a 4 star rating but I can only conclude that this has been awarded by the hotels owner!
