Stayed here on my first trip to New York, and I fell in love with the city. The hotel is in a perfect location. There are no complaints about that at all. Bang on Times Square, right in the hub of it all.
They give you a cookie on arrival :O A nice, warm, choc chip, melting cookie. YUM. Staff were always friendly, not a complain about them.
We only ever ate breakfast here, but you had a choice of everything you want in the morning. Waffles, pancakes, eggy bread, cooked food, cereal, fresh fruit, fruit juice, milk and of course.... BAGELS.
Rooms were kept really clean, I was impressed! The beds were soo comfy, after walking round NY all day it was really nice to sink into the matress!
The view wasn't spectacular I guess, if you're used to skyscrapers. But because I'm not, seeing those random buildings was still a nice view for me ha.
