Well where shall i start 2just got back from 2 weeks of hell .
No Air Con
Room were billy basic .
Food was the same for the whole two weeks.
Very rude spanish staff (along with the first choice staff) .
Lack of seating areas .
No Adults entertainment .
stay away
Very windy
But met a nice couple :)

just come back from zocos and am booking already for next year,dont know why people complain think some of them should have booked a 5 star luxury spa!food is a bit repetitive but hey its all inclusive what do u expect we couldnt fault it,overall this hotel is fantastic for familys thanks zocos see you next may !

i would rate the hotel 2star food you would not starve.very poor for seating areas.can only get drinks from pool bar during day and club bar at night nowhere to sit and have a quite drink.hotel staff very good.rooms basic i have taken better tv to the rubbish dump .first choice reps were great. would not go to this hotel again.

Arrived to find a newly decorated modern apartment. The balcony was private and the power shower was fantastic. There was a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the centre for most of the shops etc. The square was busy at night, La Pardela was good for dinner... more

Within 10 minutes of arriving we were back at reception requesting another apartment, because the smell of urine was horrendous, the reception staff were very helpful, gave us another apartment without any problems - this wasn't much better, still smelt, but at least it wasn't of pee! booked 2 weeks all inclusive - came home after 1st week!. Food disgusting, complex filthy, room ok but managed to get into block 3 - blocks 1 & 2 cockroach infested. Pool and grounds not cleaned once when we were there, rubbish flying around. If you leave your door open or towels on balcony they will be sprayed with cat pee within the hour! We went to Los Zocos with an open mind based on other reviews and hoped we would have one of the better experiences, but this was not to be. Despite e-mailing a month before departure requesting block 3 we were put into block 2 which was simply awful, dark, dirty, smelly, grotty, grimy. Asked to move on Friday morning but there was nothing availble until Monday so we had to endure 4 nights in an apartment that felt as if it was crawling. the all inclusive menu was very repetative,we ended up eating out for our second week.thepool bar was hired out for private funtions forcing people to use the main bar, that was alright if you are into the hi de.hi sing along thing. we would never go back to this complex

Rooms were great, food was excellent weather great {for time of year} Away without any kids, brilliant complex, great if you have kids lots to do for them.
